[Q] Phone goes to voicemail when someone is trying to call

I am running Cezar's ROM Stable XXJPY no-voodoo (love it) and havent had any prblems besides this.
I am very new to using the samsung captivate along with the roms, modems, etc. and do not know a lot.
When someone trys to call me the first time, my phone goes straight to voicemail. When they try and call me again sometimes it works, sometimes it still just goes to voicemail. It shows I have service with the bars.
How should I go about fixing this?
EDIT: Now it won't even let me make calls. This was working fine this morning. However I can still send/receive text messages.
So does this mean it has something to do with the settings or maybe a program I downloaded?

i think its a setting you may have set up on accident. you may have set it up to send voice calls to voice mail...

When i go to voice calls it says:
always forward - disabled
forward when busy - voicemail #
forward when unanswered - voicemail #
forward when unreachable - voicemail #
Call waiting is enabled
Use call fail options is disabled
Is this how it is supposed to be or are one of those wrong?

[Q] Incoming call problems?

When I have a call coming in my phone will ring for about a second, then a window will pop up and disappear before i can read what it says, I then lose service and the call drops. I don't get a notification for a missed call or anything, but the phone making the call continues to ring, then goes to voicemail. I'm running Phoenix 4.1 with speedmod. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

What modem are u using? Did you flash to stock before going to phoenix? Master clear? U could try to flash a different modem. You may have a bad flash. I am running phoenix 4.1 also and my calls are fine.

[Q] Problem with Voice call ( hearing our own voice once we receive the call)

I have this unusual problem which has started from a couple of days back, i am running MiniCM7-2.1.9 with nAa kernel (11). When i receive a call, i can hear only my voice, i am unable to hear the callers voice. This happens when i receive the call, however when i call any number, i am able to hear perfectly. I also flashed Paul's ICS ROM dont have this problem, when i switched back to the Mini CM7-2.1.9 the problem started again. Pls help!! what is the problem, i searched the forum but couldnt get the right answer.

[Q] SLIM CM9 calls going to voicemail

I flashed the CM9 Slim version. But all the calls are directly going to voicemail. The caller gets two rings & then goes to voice mail.
I dont however receive any notification about the call. But a received call appears in the call log.
Has anyone else ever faced a similar issue & know how to solve it?

My HTC one have a problem with outgoing calls, sometimes when I call someone I can not hear call tone and the interlocutor hears nothing too.
please, find me a solution.

I've noticed mine has started doing this in the last week or so as well. Weird.

Same think for me since I went to 4.4.3. When this happens no outgoing calls are getting through, but also incoming call are lost. The only get around solution is to restart the phone.
My Rom is full stock, the phone is not rooted. All other functions are runing fine.

Im stock developers edition 4.4.3. Haven't really done anything with my phone since i installed the DE rom. everything else seems to work but calls act weird. I too have to restart to get it working right again.
