Hey everyone,
I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S from Sasktel sometime in mid-october. This is the first android phone I've ever had, and after a few days i decided to try to root it. The rooting process went fine and I had absolutely no problems with my phone. However, i eventually decided to try a custom ROM. I went with Darky's Raw Steel Edition from this forum but after i successfully installed it (v2.2) I could no longer connect to the data network. I could still make calls and receive texts, but any sort of internet connection wouldn't work. When version 3.0 of the rom came out I installed it but had the same problem. I thought my best option at this point would be to just restore to the stock 2.1 firmware. I wasnt exactly sure what my phone had been on when i bought it, but i decided that I9000XWJM9 from samfirmware would be my best bet. I flashed with odin, and now I have no network connection at all! Does anyone know what my problem could be? Thanks so much to anyone who can point me in the right direction!
Find your apn settings from your provider or google it and it is is this forum aswell where theres list of them just enter your apn settings for your provider manually.
Go to www.tweaker.com and get the settings for ur network

Thanks for the help! However, I'm having some trouble finding the APN settings for sasktel, if anyone could post a link or something that would be great. And gadgetcheck, I think you gave me the wrong link, it takes me to like a media site with nothing about APN settings as far as I can see.

the SaskTel i9000m stock firmware is JH2. If you're going to use a custom rom, use Doc's. That's what I'm currently using, no issues whatsoever (also on SaskTel in Saskatoon ) If you need the apn settings, let me know, and I'll just copy them out for you, but I'm pretty sure Doc's rom already has them, as I never had to add them. Though maybe they just carried over from my JH2 install?
Hey all, since I've started using Axura and Assonance I've have random total service drops that stick until a reboot. I've flashed both jpp and jpm modems and get the same eventual result. Also, in the network control section of the service menu I've tried to use only 1900 bands then only 850 bands--still same crap. Anyone have any ideas??? Thanks!
I had some bad service/no service issues at first. Try a master clear, stock reinstall of perception. It has the hspa modem. Works great and solved all my problems!
hey jd, thanks for the reply. yeah i flashed stock and master cleared last night but still no dice. weird stuff man...
I've had the same issues. I found that going into service mode and changing network control to wcdma 1900 only helped. I think it has to do with band switching.

Hmmm... Try a odin flash of a modem... if that doesnt help, go stock and go visit att lol

that's weird, i did read that working for some people but hasn't for me. are you running axura or assonance? if so, which modem--jk3?
i've flashed jpp and jpm to no avail. i should go to att and make a big scene with a rep while i'm running froyo and a custom rom--that would be hilarious
I am having the exact same issue. I have tried several roms and modems with no luck. I called at&t tech support, they had me flash back to stock and then they did some magic push to my phone to try and fix the issue. It worked great for a couple weeks, but who wants stock? So I tried to flash everything again and now I'm back to the same random no service issue until I reboot. Gonna flash back to stock again tomorrow to see if that fixes it again. Let me know if you make any progress with this issue!
I've found one of my brothers! I've seen others who have the issue in various i9000 rom threads for the captivate but never a definitive answer. So weird, did you happen to get your phone near launch day? Or do you live near Dallas, TX? Grabbing at straws here...

I would recommend the same, have seen funky modem issues in the past that were resolved by re-flashing the modem only (using odin not an update.zip).
I have already flashed the older i9000 modems with no luck but I'll re-flash jk3--who knows. Has anyone tried using a Captivate modem with the current i9000 roms?
Edit: Re-flash didn't help

I did get my phone near launch day, but in Phoenix, AZ. I'm about to give this issue another few hours of tinkering to see if I can make any progress. I'll let you know if I do.
chiming in from a similar thread that was in development but got moved over here.
i can confirm that for me it seems to be in connection with the phone jumping between 3G and H (i believe i am inbetween towers where i live). i also have a day 1 captivate, but i live in southern NJ.
i have 2 questions:
1) i just odin'ed back to stock. i am trying to do a master clear as well, for good measure. however, i start the master clear and it either stops after a sliver of progress, or after about 20% progress. doesnt appear the phone is doing anything and odin just sits there. i let it run the first time for about 20 mins, didnt go past 20%. - any idea on why this is or what i can do to get a full master clear?
2) i believe i will be flashing over to perception 8. once that is done, id like to re-flash the modem only. would anyone be able to point me to how that is done? i can get the modem.bin from the modem thread, but i wasnt sure if it was just a matter of picking that file in odin and hitting go, or if it was a little more sensitive.
thanks for the help and reading. glad im not the only one in limbo with this issue!
1. Make sure you aren't in DL mode if you're master clearing.
2. You need the full version of odin (3.0 I think) and put the modem.bin in the phone section (you'll see once you get odin 3.0). But again, I've flashed jpp and jpm and it didn't work for me

got it. thanks.
at this point im willing to try it if for some reason it has worked for others.
im wondering why this problem occurs after a while. some kind of cache filling up? ATT's network rejecting the phone?
bleh.
yeah it's really weird. for me it will sometimes happen within 20 minutes of a reboot and being in the same location. other times i'll have service for a few hours. best of luck with the modem and let me know how it turns out!
Here is what I did today:
Restored back to JF6 using the Odin 1 click application
Did a Master Clear using the Odin 1 click application
Rooted using the one-click root app
Installed CWM and flashed Perception Build 8
So far I haven't had the no reception issue, but sometimes it seems to work normally for a while then just starts having problems constantly. I'll post back if I do start having problems, but this is the most promising attempt so far. I also did a bunch of other stuff prior to restoring back to JF6, tried flashing several modems and ROMs, but nothing was really helping. I think that odin restore clears everything completely, so hopefully nothing I did prior to that was actually required to make things work.
Here are a couple of things I ran across while I was trying to get this all working, some I tried, some I didn't, but different people said these helped them so I wanted to list them here in case they are useful.
Do not have your phone plugged in to USB when you flash the ROM with CWM. People mentioned this messing up their flash, but it didn't seem to affect mine.
Some people did not have any data signal at all right after flashing Perception, they had to enable/disable airplane mode before anything started working.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my phone will actually keep working this time. Unfortunately, it sounds like some of you have already tried basically the same steps I did and haven't had any luck so this post may not be incredibly helpful to everyone.

i definitely appreciate the information and post. the more we discuss it the better the odds of coming up with a solution are.
i just did the same as you (odin to stock, cwm to percp.8) - i will also post back with findings.
i agree we just need to keep talking about this problem until it gets solved.
a few hrs into perception 8. all is well so far.
will leave it on the charger overnight and post back if the issue
comes up or a few days go by and it doesn't.

Ok so I'm running Darky's 7.5 ROM just loaded it and it's flying . i'm having issues connecting to my carrier. I"m from canada and run on a network owned by Sasktel. We get our phones from Bell and our current release is JL2 I think. I was running this ROM fine but wanted to see what all the hype was about .
Now the only problem i'm having is I can't register on my network and thus my phone isn't working as a phone, lol. can someone help me set it up. here are the frequencies we run on.
SaskTel
GSM - N/A
UMTS/HSPA - 850/1900
I went into the APN and set that up so I should have data I just need to get registered. I can see the network Sasktel but it wont let me register. I get the exact message when clicking on it
"Registering on Sasktel......You SIM card does not allow a connection on this network"
any help would be great, thanks
I tried going in here *#2263# but didn't know what to pick so I left it to automatic
I don't know.
When you flash back to official firmware, everything works fine again ?
This may sound funny but try 'sim unlock' your phone.
after flashing, your phone might have reverted back it's original lock which is to BELL.
I agree with the other reply stating for you to have your phone unlocked.

I unlocked my phone a while back and it's unlocked still, Network lock = off. and yes flashing to other roms specifically for my phone will work fine on the network. Is this because Darky's ROM is based on a European ROM JPY and i'm supposed to be running a Canadian ROM JL2?
Hi. I have a SGS straight from Sasktel here in SK. I checked my setting under 2263, and it is automatic (top one). After I checked it, it lost cellular connection for about a minute, then eventually came back (phew!).

awesome what happens when you go back into 2263 and click on the wcdma band, which ones are stared in there?I have 2100, 1900 and 900 starred but 850 is not.....Also could you post your APN settings. those are in settings, wireless network, mobile networks, access point names and then click on the inet.stm.sk.ca one and if it's not too much for you could you post them up here along with the wcdma band settings. Thanks bud
can we actually install darkys rom on BELL vibranat i9000M
i would like to find out if darkys Rom works with Bell vibrant thats i9000M from canada ?
well his rom is up and running fine yes, I just have to get the right setting to run on my carrier....I own a i9000m it's a bell phone that my carrier gets supply from. So yes his rom works great on this phone, it's so fast, I might try flashing a modem for the canadian phones and see if that works i'll post back
SOLVED - Sasktel (Bell) running Darky's ROM
So I figured it out, I was running JL2 and then flashed speedmod kernel to get 2e. I then upgraded to Darky's 7.5 ROM, when that came up I was unable to get on the network. I was getting an error "Sim doesn't allow connection on the network" error when looking in providers. anyways, I just flashed the JK3 modem and i'm back on the network with Darky's rom
I grabbed the modem from here.

I used JK3 because they were having issues with JK4 bricking for some reason and didn't want to risk it. now to just get JL2 modem some how
There is a JL2 modem floating around somewhere.
I am also running jk3 modem with xxJPY, love my phone now.

It's very simple, TURN OFF ANY/ALL lag fixes!!!!! Back your **** up. then you can begin
You phone should be unlocked but might not have to be.....mine was, you can grab sgs unlocker form the app market also, You have to be running 2e recovery. so check on that first by powering your phone off, wait till it's actually off, froyo vibrates when it's shut down. After it's off, hold volume up, home button and power till you see the i9000m then let it go. it should boot into recovery. If you were running Froyo then you will have a 3e recovery, we need 2e. Also you should check and make sure you can get into download mode, by powering off, volume down, home and power key. If you can't get inot download mode you have to fix that first. if you can proceed:
So grab the recent stable speedmod kernel from hardcore here DON'T get the development version:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=822756&highlight=speedmod
depending on how you want to flash grab either the CWM or the other one which needs to be flashed via odin. Flash either or and your phone should boot with 2e. follow the instructions hardcore has posted and make sure you hit the thanks button for him .
After we have 2e installed you can grab Darky's ROM located here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=814091
I used the non wipe one and didn't have issues, make sure you back your **** up before flashing anything. If you notice battery drain after you flash you could flash the wipe version just to make sure. anyways, Follow Darky's instructions to the T and dont forget to thank him
After his ROM boots, I grabbed a modem for our phones (bell, sasktel) I used JK3 because the search wasn't working last night but found this morning a link to JL2....i'm not sure if this is legit JL2 because I haven't used it but give it a shot if it doesn't work flash another on top (I can confirm JK3 works)
JL2: http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...1&d=1293577837
Grabbed that from a link Samdroid_G_S posted so thank him for that.
JK3: was from docs link located here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=846237&highlight=bell
you can thank him for that. I used JK3 because of the issues JK4 was causing. I wouldn't use JK4 but that' up to you.
again you can use either odin or CWM to flash the modem. once you flash the modem you should be able to register on the network. you might not have internet, so you will need to go in and edit your access point name. Located in your phone here:
Settings | wireless and network | Mobile Networks | access point names
If it is blank click the menu button and New APN, all you need for sasktel's is a name, can be whatever and APN, the APN should be "inet.stm.sk.ca" without the quotes. Leave everything else default and save it. you will have to click the bullet after you created it so it knows to use it. should be good after that. For bell just do a quick google search for bell apn or bell access point name, i'm sure someone has posted on xda also.
I am not responsible if you brick your phone, this is entirely on you if that happens.
Thanks man
That's what I have been looking for . A step by step tutorial how is the rom working for you I will give it a shot . I hope sd card Won't die on me again .I can deal with other problems but what could u do when sd card dies
on u .Thanks!
Hey no problem, by default the voodoo lag fix is disabled but honestly you won't need it.....

Pretty much preference I guess. I love Darky's ROM but JL2 was good, Darky's seems faster it's built upon 2.2.1 and I read Samsung did some kernel upgrades so that's why it's faster. If you do try it out just make sure you can get into recovery and download mode first.
i can confirm that Darkys rom works, I'm running 7.6 atm. I did notice that the APN settings in my original settings were missing ports numbers for data.
I tried this and it did not work, I still don't have data connection and I am on Bell canada.
Are u still getting text's? If so then you are registered on the network, all you have to do is go into your access point names and create an entry, then highlight it after it's saved. See my post above

I've been reading about enabling the 850Mhz frequency on my P1000. To go about that I will have to reflash my modem with a new modem.bin. So far I'm using the Overcome ROM and noticed that in their downloads sections they have modem update zips for CwM. So I was wondering if I could just grab one of those zips and then replace the modem.bin inside it with the one I've already downloaded and then repack it and use that with CwM?
And also:
In the past I've tried installing the CwM from ROM Manager while using the Overcome ROM, only to have it brick my tab requiring a restock using odin and reinstalling Overcome. Is the custom CwM recovery that comes with Overcome the only one that will work with the P1000 or am I missing something?
Sorry, but no, you can't flash your tab to be an 850mHz tab if it is natively a 900mHz tab... Its NOT the firmware, its the hardware itself that allows you to use 850,900,1700,1900 or 2100 mHz range...
All you'll do is make your reception really bad....
You have been warned....

Guys, I have discovered it is a firmware issue as I found online the code to get me into the firmware menu to which I successfully changed my P1000 from 900Mhz to 850Mhz, and then 3G popped online without a hitch.
It's been running great for the past month until I installed Overcome_7_Series_v4.1.0_Wipe which added 1700Mhz to the firmware menu, and now it no longer recognizes the 850Mhz when selected.
It also appears to be a permanent firmware change because flashing a Gingerbread ROM originally installed doesn't remove the 1700Mhz option nor allow me to use 3G 850Mhz.
After searching online through many forums, it appears no one has a solution other than the one seen here.
As a final option, I'm going to attempt to format every system mounted folder so everything is wiped clean, and flash a complete Froyo ROM in hopes it will remove the 1700Mhz option and restore the ability to switch to 850Mhz.
If anyone is interested in the outcome, I'll post here my results. Conversely, if anyone has ideas, thoughts or knowledge on this issue, any and all is completely welcome.
WHEW!
I was successful at returning the firmware menu to its original code where 1700MHz was no longer in the options. I did this by following instructions on installing the Overcome 7 Series v4.1.0 Wipe, found here http://www.teamovercome.net/p1000/?page_id=17.
During step 4, I chose a modem.bin file for a country which uses 850MHz frequency for 3G like USA, Mexico & Australia, which in the supplied files was the JK3 modem.
Then between steps 9 & 10 I entered Recovery and formatted all system folders in the Storage Menu (/cache, /data, /dbdata, /system), then did a wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache. Then I continued on from step 10.
When the Tab was on the Home screen, I followed these instructions to access the firmware menu http://androidforums.com/samsung-galaxy-s/258859-how-enable-850mhz-3g-network-frequency-your-samsung-i9000-galaxy-s.html and confirmed that 1700MHz was no longer an option. I continued onward to select 850MHz, rebooted and 3G came online.
Let me tell y'all that I've been working on this issue for 12 full hours, and it sure feels rewarding to have succeeded at this seemingly easy but became quite tedious excursion. Time for some deep sleeping.
So to be clear, you have voice calls enabled since you're running the Overcome ROM and 3g data works on AT&T as well at the same time without having to use any sort of modem switch? Still working well after this time? If this is true, that's really cool. Everyone has been saying it's a hardware issue all along. I guess you just need to do the configure like you pointed out and voila! Sweet!
I don't think he said that.
He said he can get a p1000 to work with AT&T 3G data network at 850Mhz.
Never mentioned phone calls or SMS, etc

Yes, a T-mobile GT... on AT&T 3g. I'm bringing this up because the Overcome ROM has the phone enabled. Just want to see if this function works along with 3g and the JK3 modem he's using. I think all of the various functions can be changed in the settings menu accessed in the dialer. I'll monitor the thread for cmcole's response. Even if it's just the data that works with that modem, that's still cool. I think Rotohammers modem switcher could allow you to use 2 modems and have the ability for both if the JK3 modem doesn't allow voice/3g data but I think it should.
I spent the last few days on my phone learning all about flashing Cyanogenmod, the differences between SPH-L720/SPH-L720T and wanted to put everything I learned about my experience in one thread as it is pulled from countless sites.
I have the Boost Mobile Galaxy S4 SPH-L720T, rooted, flashed CM13(unofficial) with LTE Triband aka "Spark" working, confirmed.
Here is what I know:
1) Sprint Mobile and Boost Mobile are all on the same frequency's.
2) jfltespr Rom for the SPH-L720 also works on SPH-L720T. It's only a Rom, zero difference between the "T" version and regular in terms of the OS, the "T" is hardware.
3) The difference between SPH-L720 and SPH-L720T hardware wise is that the SPH-L720T can receive multiple channels for downloading on the LTE network and the SPH-L720 can only do one, This is the "Enhanced LTE" or "Spark" you hear about.
4) For Boost Mobile, Installing the jfltespr Sprint build for the SPH-L720 or SPH-L720T will not work out of the box. You need to flash the Universal_Boost_APN_Fix-R2.2.zip. After loading in the CM Zip, zip this as well. If you forget, no biggie go back and do it after. This will fix your APN's, label your carrier correctly, which in turn allow you to use LTE, MMS, Triband aka "Spark" (You will not see the spark spiny thing, but it will work, keep reading). Also, side note you may need to wait and/or restart your phone a few times after you are set up with CM. Basically your phone needs to send info to the carrier tower and it all needs to sync up. Mine was fully working in under 20 mins. It's like when you activate a phone for the first time is all.
5) To verify the Triband or "Spark" is working download LTE Discovery App. The Triband or "Spark" Network runs on 800mhz Band 26 for voice, 1900mhz Band: 25 for Up/Down Data, and 2500mhz Band 41 for Down Data but at a higher DL rate. See these articles for more details, Sprint Network Explained, Frequency Faq's
UPDATE: I changed a setting in the MMS, turns out Boost Mobile requires a Username for mobile data to work correctly. This is now Ver. 2.2.

Hi there. What do you mean by "zip this as well"? Do you mean upon fresh installing CM we should also add the "Universal Boost APN" zip at the same time (in TWRP for example)?
I am guessing my issue is totally different, but thought I would ask anyways. I have a Samsung S4 on RingPlus (not Boost, but still an MNVO on Sprint). I have CM12 installed. everything works great except MMS. I can send normal text but cannot send (or receive) photos/multimedia. It complains about APN settings. I have a fresh CM installed so I'm willing to try anything to trial and error this thing.
Thanks for any ideas.

You can flash at the time you install the rom to save the APNs as default, or you can zip any time. However, if you flash after the install your default will be whatever CM's where.
This zip may not fully work for you then, but I did do some googling for you and found this below, if those apn settings work, let me know and I'll try to make a zip for you for future roms and quick flashing

I had to unzip this in Linux for some reason, but after that I got the MD5.
Here is my download if you want it sooner, Sam Mobile is often pretty slow,.... OK3.

Be sure to read the new thread about the Connections Optimizer

Did you clear the data, cache and delvik cache first? The only reason I ask is because I made that mistake trying to "test a flash" before I lost all my stuff. Remember, you'll only have the space for the micro Gapps without re-partitioning.
Also, the Boost APN fix didn't work for me, nor the other 9 or so that I tried. Then I came across an old thread where I made a fix for the APN on my old Cyanogenmod setup with my L720 piggybacked off the work of mopedryder. , and I'll be damned. Still works even on my replacement L720T.
Not sure why, but this isn't working with the "Official" build.... Looking into this..
Yea, I was having a bear of a time with the MMS and APN stuff. It looks like they pushed some changes that messed with the "Boost APN fix R2 and also my old fix. What I found works now was hand editing the apns-conf.xml file to just the basics. Nothing but a boost apn and a very cdma apns just in case. Flash rom, flash gapps. After it booted, I copied that in to the /system/etc folder over the old one with file explorer, fixed permissions to match the old file and boom... MMS and LTE after reboot. You can give it a try if you want. Just unzip and copy/paste where I said. Let me know what you get if you try it. Also, let me know if you can edit APN settings while on wifi with this. Just curious. If it works, we can throw it in a flashable zip to flash after gapps.
MMS and LTE working!
I used the flash link provided in this thread Universal_Boost_APN_Fix-R2-2.zip This got me LTE, but still no MMS.
I followed the instructions in the last post, but they didn't work. I kept trying, and had no luck...this was before trying the flash file above.
After getting LTE, I decided to see what I could find inside of the apns-conf file. I checked out the settings and then did some searches for APN settings and found that the line for APN type was potentially misconfigured, so I edited it manually in the apns-conf file, because I REALLY didn't want to flash my phone for the umpteenth time. I also changed the bearer number to "0"
The previous type was: "default,supl,mms,dun,fota"
The type I found through apn.gishan.net was: "default, admin, fota, mms, supl, hipri"
Once I changed that in both lines that the type appeared in and changed the bearer numbers to "0" my MMS started working, as well.
Hope this helps someone out there so they don't have to search as long as I did.
Sprint Samsung Galaxy s4 moved to Boost Mobile
Icky Samsung system, I will not miss you.
Hi everyone, kinda new to the S4 forums. (not Android dev) my current daily driver is a SPARK on boost (running cm13) and my wife has the L720 also on boost. So given that I have the rare opportunity to dig into both activated devices and collect all the radio/modem/APN data from them in order to help this thread and maybe actually contribute something instead of just lurking and reading
So after about 3 weeks of digging and testing and comparing, also trying the edits suggested above on what works for them I have found the proper network settings in the apn-conf.xml. my attempt was to get them as close to the stock ok3 apns as possible and they are very close. MMS works great, LTE shows up right after boot. I also found that after flashing Unerversal_Boost_APN_fix.zip, sometimes mobile data (LTE) would not come back after WiFi was on and then disconnected like when l left the house for work. Toggling airplane mode did no good. Only a reboot would get LTE back. That problem seems to be solved too.
I also took apart the Universal_Boost_APN_fix.zip provided in the op, studied and compared it to stock files and my ok3 modem logs.
In the fixprop.sh, the
sed -i 's/ro.telephony.default_network=.*$/ro.telephony.default_network=8/' /system/build.prop
Command sets the build.prop ro.telephony.default_network to =8
But in both L720 and SPARK, stock boost ok3 the network is =10 so I edited that.
Also I found that
sed -i 's/gsm.operator.numeric.*$/gsm.operator.numeric=311870/' /system/build.prop
Makes the build.prop call for the apns with the numeric tag =311870. but in the apn_conf.xml the apn numeric tag was = 310120 so I just changed the apn to =311870 so now the build.prop will set the right apns on boot.
Something else I found when reading modem logs from both the L720 and the spark is that in the spark, the modem actually calls for
ro.product.name=jflterefreshspr and ro.build.product=jflterefreshspr from the build.prop
I never could find out why it would need that ( and I tried) but my deductive reasoning tells me that it must have to do with initiating tri-band traffic somehow on the network. It only happens on boot but never after that. The L720 ok3 modem does not call for a name from the build.prop at all. So I added commands to the fixprop.sh to change some of the values to the =jflterefreshspr SPARK name and =L720T in the build.prop as well.
Of course, that makes the install.zip proprietary and not unerversal anymore and L720 users would need there own version so here's what I have guys.
All credits go to the original creators of these scripts. All I did was make a few changes.
Flash cm13, gapps(or not), then the APN.zip and reboot.
Note: You might notice after a reboot that the carrier will display as "sprint" but toggling airplane mode then displays "boost mobile" don't worry, it's just a display issue. network and mobile data work with no issues. I think it's something in cm13. started happening around 07/09 nightly
Sorry for the long drawn out post!! :silly:

Will this work with other ROMs as well, or only CM?
I want to flash Wicked X, but I'm on boost.
The apn.zips should work on any AOSP ROM.
Not for TouchWiz ROMs
You don't need it for WickedX.
WickedX will install BoostID and set your apn settings right after it boots the first time just like stock boost ROM. After all, it is just the stock Samsung firmware with a bunch of mods added to it.
AOSP(CyanogenMod) is NOT Samsung firmware. It is compiled completely from a different source which is why the .zips are needed
If you're running CM13 stock, CM doesn't use muppets, with my build I did, so might be tempted to do a build soon, might not, truth be told I kinda gave up because of how much of a pain in the ass CDMA and MVNO's are becoming.

I totaly agree
UPDATED
These have been tested extensively on both models.
Cell network, MMS, and switching between wifi & cell 3G and LTE work flawlessly.
I've edited them so they can be dirty flashed with ROM updates. They actually seem to work better after a dirty flash now.
Instructions:
In recovery,
Wipe: system, data, cache
Install/flash cm13 nightly.zip
Install/flash Gapps
Install/flash Boost_APNs_(your device).zip
Reboot
Boost_APNs_L720T.zip
Boost_APNs_L720.zip
