that would have problems if present??

I am from India and I had flashed europian firmware without any problem just my native languages were not there everything else was working

i'm using KPJ with no problem too..
Use any stock or custom rom from any region..there wont be any problem...only as long as u flash them correctly

Hello!
First of all i would like to say thanks in advance to all that are willing to give me an advice.
My problem is with Galnet's MIUI rom ( wich is an awesome rom ). I did everything step by step and it works flawlessly but one thing troubles me: my mobile network doesn't work, i have the same IMEI (no problem there), i can make / recieve phone calls and send messages but when i enter the same APN settings as in froyo (no problem with mobile network on froyo) it doesn't work....
Can any1 help me with this?
P.S...my provider is Orange Romania

I saw your post on Galnet' s topic and i also think that the modem is the problem, but now i'm on a Gingerbread based rom with JVP modem same as Galnet MIUI and the mobile network is working...

I got an update for u mate..I changed the SIM to a more recently made one..and all of the sudden it worked!just make the right APN settings and it's going smooth

Right now i'm using Bezke 4.2 with JVP modem (the same modem as it was on MIUI v2.2) and mobile network is working...

Exactly like Froyo, but it does seem snappier, maybe because I have hardly anything installed. I'll give it a day or two to see what happens.

You have to do this for rooting device.
Here is some feedback. No google talk video. No internet calling that was available in CM7. Lack of backing up your apps to Google's servers. It just feels snappier, that's about it.

Is the official update available in Romania?
cant believe my bluetooth issue with mercedes car nav (command) has been fixed. After trying each single baseband released since 6 months, after asking mercedes to update the software their side, I cant believe ... when I lost any hope, the update fixed the problem.. there are probably some fixes and patches nobody knows about that have been finally fixed!!!

I don't know what tests you have made but, on my phone with zeus 6.28o doesn't work. That is simple!!!! My phone doesn't have any problems and works flawlessly but your app does not work.

It will overwrite some files in /system/lib. Only libaudiopolicy.so is different than the one in the ROM for Zeus v6.3o.
I'd be interested too whether this is a modification of the original .so or just taken from another ROM.

Last I checked, having a different phone doesn't inhibit your ability to search the forums... But to 'help' you,I like ICS/JB, I would recommend Wayland's CM ROMs
