For the first problem. It doesn't affect just launcher pro but all launchers. Mainly, it is the low RAM that causes it. Try this (it has worked for me). Go to settings > CM settings > Performance > Enable "Lock home in memory".
ok bro now is fine but what is with market?

for miui?
You can try an app called "package manager ad"
Appbrain.com
Search for an app, click on it and check your browsers address bar.
Example:
Wallpaper HD = www.appbrain.com/app/wallpaper-hd/com.wallpaper.pro
So now we know that it's "com.wallpaper.pro".

For MIUI theming, go to data/system/customized_icons_1 to get the correct name.

GStrings is a good app to tune your guitar. Other than that, nothing matches Rackarrack on my Linux box.

I noticed cm10.1 slow open even small applications (soundrecorder.apk). Do you know this trick. I typhus, but the application is 300 kb.
Solution: get a Nexus 4.

Maybe there are too many apps running on backgound. It eats your ram and cpu all the time. I use Greenify to help my phone become faster. Just learn more about greenify. Give it a try. Free on Play Store.
Try disabling all animations on developer options, then try to root(if didn't do that yet) then remove bloatware and try to install greenify and hibernate unnecessary apps and also you can try Ram manager after installing busybox
