Hi everybody, I made a collection of widgets/toggles! I put a lot of work into the graphic design, I wanted their clean and stylish look to be a selling point.

I'm not sure why you can't watch it, it seems to be working on this end. Regardless, I have an exclusivity deal with Deutsch Telekom for another few months, so its not available on your carrier right now anyway. Sorry!
Update 2.31: Made sure app isn't filtered for lack of certain features. Can now be installed on Nexus 7s, and other devices without cameras
This was broken since the addition of the Flashlight Toggle widget, now you'll simply get an unobtrusive message when you try to use it if your device doesn't have a camera, rather than not being able to install it
nice looking....
It's great and next time try to make the icons a bit more realistic otherwise these are awesome
Clean Widgets is on sale this week for $0.99, in celebration of breaking 1000 sales!
Looks nice, I will try it.

..:: X2K2's Tiles Icons ::..
- 220 icons so far (Covers pretty much everything you need, always room for more though)
- Designed for 800x480 screens (Tested on Samsung Galaxy S)
- Designed for 5 rows / 4 columns homescreen setup (LauncherPro or ADW) (Otherwise the layout gets screwed!)
- Designed to be used with Notification bar (Otherwise the layout gets screwed!)
- To be applied with Desktop Visualizer (Can be found on the Market for free)
- Includes various tiles (1x1, 1x2, 2x1, 3x1, 4x1)
- Several versions for each icon
- Clean look, no icon names
- No resizing required (No need for LauchnerPro Plus)
- Precisely measured
- Source pictures grabbed from various places (Props to the original creators!)
- Inspired by Windows Phone 7
Resolutions used
1x1 = 110x122px
1x2 = 115x264px
2x1 = 230x124px
3x1 = 355x124px
4x1 = 475x124px
More versions might follow
Spacing between icons horizontal/vertical = 10px
HowTo
Select the Desktop Visualizer widget size you want to use, then the matching icon size.
For 1x1 icons select Desktop Visualizer (Small).
In Desktop Visualizer remove the icon label and set touch effect to none for the best look.
Things noticed while playing around with different icon sizes
Creating the perfect look with tiles is quite tricky. Exact pixel "mathematics" don't really work out with the different widget sizes.
According to some calcualting I did, the icon sizes should be different, than what they finally turned out to be.
For example the width for the 4x1 icon is 470px, even though the raw image size is 475px.
But when actually using 470px as raw image size, the spacing between the tiles gets reduced to 8px, instead of 10px.
I actually did several drawings on plain old paper to determine the pixel sizes for all icons.
But it turned out to be another case of theory VS praxis. So in the end, these are the icon sizes that work out perfectly in real life.
I haven't tested several configurations, like a homescreen with only 1x1 icons. That's what the end user will have to do.
And that's why I need some feedback on your different configurations.

V4 posted. Added a whole bunch of new icons! (60)
More to come like finances, health or TV.
thank you for this awesome work. really appreaciate it.
will try them out when i have time.
Great share, thank you!
I see you have edited your post.
Previously you asked for making these fit on a Droid X.
It's screen has 54 more vertical pixels and since I didn't keep all the sources, I cannot create matching icons without going through a crapload of work.
Just resizing the current ones would lower the quality and if you don't wanna lose aspect ratio, then you'd also gain width, not just height.
So I gotta go with no, it was meant for 800x480 and I'm stickin' to that.
Bit busy right now, but hoping to have more finished soon.
PS: Added a fixed V4.1 + previews, so you can see what's in it.
Very nice icons !
Are you planning to make xbox live icons
Keep it up
Nice work, liked em..
can u make it for a screen with 320x480 pixels ??

Great icons.
Keep up the good work
The start of my LauncherPro collection. I will take icon requests within reason, however I need the app on my phone to update a .xml, so paid apps may be a problem.

Thanks. I'll look into the list next time I sit down to do icon updates. If any of those are paid apps, I may need help getting the stock icon to work with and getting activity names. Will pm you if needed.

Purple icon pack added.
Green_Black icons pack added to the market, screens added to the op. I'm in the process of renaming the other icon packs and doing some more polishing on existing icons.
Hey man, great work! Love what you doing to spruce up the LPP. I dusted off this launcher once I started seeing that themes were being utilized. My favorite icon is the superuser, way to rock it old school.
I opened my app drawer today to find you covered just about every app with that last update. Might as well add a few to that request list (at your leisure of course):
Bank of America
Gscript
Widget Locker
Wired Tether
Zedge
Thanks again Dont Panic!

@Nandrew: Added to the list. Thanks.

- updated unlock icons, instead of the X-es now you see what you unlock
- added music control (open by double clicking clock)

- 2 versions: version "a" with original square block and version "b" with rounded edged block
- call and message status always visible
- v3: added weather support, miui 1.11.25 or higher version needed plus lg optimus 2x weather widget (right now celsius only but fahrenheit coming soon)
Important notice for version 3:
For weather support you need miui 1.11.25 or higher (tested on 1.12.2) plus you need to install and set up the LG Optimus 2x weather widget.

GREAT Lockscreen!
But I would prefer decent little Icons (matching greyscale) for the unlock positions (Phone, Unlock, SMS).
Other than that:
Very elegant
Very creative
Smooth, nice animations
Love it

Using this Lockscreen now Actually great response in unlocking at the different unlock positions. I always felt like that lockscreens with free moving unlockers were kinda glitchy, this one is the first I use without having this impression

Great LS. Been using since yesterday. +1 on the target images. Icons instead of tiny x's would be much better. Also if there's a way to do some sort of album art that would be great!

Right on! Downloading!!
Nice! But is it just me or do I have to hold the lock in place for a little so it unlocks? :/
afaik it's a global miui bug that you have to keep it there for about 0.5 seconds to unlock
Lockscreen looks very nice, but unfortunately it doesn't work on my HTC Desire.
It even does not show up between the themes when I add it to the folder \\sdcard\miui\themes.
you navigate to it in file explorer and click on it then you can apply it. after that you can set it everytime in theme manager.
Thx! That worked! Even looks nicer in real!

Hi guys,
Trying to convert my old Nexus to an always on dashboard and thinking about a custom rom. The official one doesn't seem to allow always-on display. Any recommendations?
Thinking about undervolting it as well.
The ideal outcome is having:
-clock
-Weather (rain / no rain, temperature chart during the day?)
-upcoming birthdays today/tomorrow (e.g. via calendar)
-agenda for today
-top read news form 2-3 news sources / rss feeds
-air quality index
-departures from my bus/train stations and selected buses/train platforms
possibly a smart home control panel in the future
google now for voice commands
What I think is the best approach so far:
custom rom (maybe)
custom launcher (Nova)
black background
adaptive brightens or scheduling
have the above as widgets on one home screen
I was thinking building a web site on my local network for this but pre-built would save me a lot of time, so even paid ones are good.
Any thoughts?
Cheers in advance!
Alright, here is what I've got for anyone attempting to do this:
Rooted halogenOS 7.1..2
- disable bottom navigation buttons
- disabled battery optimization for all the apps below
- auto hide status bar
id=nu.nav.bar Navigation bar app to replace navigation buttons (set auto hide after 10s)
Nova launcher pro:
- allow widget overlap
- lock the screen configuration
- lock into landscape mode
Business calendar pro
- 2 widgets one for business calendar, one for birthdays
id=com.piyushsatija.pollutionmonitor Air pollution monitor - AQI (still not 100% happy with the look of this one)
id=com.weawow WEAWOW (weather) (alternatively CHRONUS but I like the look and feel of WEAWOW)
- 4 different widgets for current temperature (feeling), wind, precipitation , 7 hour forecast for current location.
id=xyz.masmas.clockwidget Clock widget
- clock
id=dk.nicolai.buch.andersen.glasswidgets Glass widgets (rss reader + other functionality - it was surprisingly hard to find a decent one fitting the black and white theme without unnecessary buttons)
- 2 widgets for local and world news
TODO:
- departure times (may depend on your location, will be easier for some countries and areas)
- a nicer air quality widget
- find a nice stand & a place where to put it

Very very good idea.
I am testing to use as a home automation center.
I think CPL launcher might be a good alternative to Nova, with hide status bar (for rom without this function). I have to check if it has the possibility of overlapping widgets
I will follow your experiments!
Cool, glad to help.
Any widgets you recommend? I was thinking about some noise tracking or similar apps, but didn't research too much. Also still researching on where to place it and what kind of mount/power supply to use. Any suggestions are appreciated
Still playing around how to setup my Brilliant Smart lights as a widget (the native app widget is fugly and buggy) and experimenting with tasker. Plan to setup a Home Assistant server in the future, so maybe then.
A tip is to make the home screen grid as fine as necessary (I started with 4x5 and ended up with 8x6 icons as it allows for finer control of the widget placements).
