Wrong forum bro. Also, I cannot view your attachment, so maybe try describing the error in words. And... are you sure its cm9?

When I restart my phone it boots right into CW recovery. I tried to deodex but it didn't go through. Once in CW recovery I can hit restart and it loads up fine. Any reason this is happening or how to fix it?

Do this happen everytime... or just that one time when you tried to deodex??
I'm asking because the modded recovery is made so that if your phone never COMPLETELY boots... it will reboot to recovery the next time your phone restarts.
When it does restart COMPLETELY, it will restart as normal.. until it fails to boot again. (Which no one ever wishes to happen lol)
Hey guys, I am having some issues with the girlfriends Revo. I had it rooted with GingerVolt 1.3 and she did a factory wipe/reset option. Since then the phone keeps booting into CWM. I have tried reflashing GingerVolt 1.3 as well as Rooted stock. The problem persisted. I have a backup of the phone from before gingervolt was applied. I tried that and got the same results. At this point I am trying the LGPNST route. Is there anything else I can do to get this phone working again?
thanks.

If the exit recovery doesn't work, try restoring to stock , using LGNSTP, it worked for me.
But with that method you'll end up back to stock, so you'll have to root again, and so on so forth.
I flashed rc4 of cm10.1 and used l2sd and install few app, all features were working so well like pie control, expand desktop, softkey, sync, BT etc.. but after a day used when i tried expand desktop it gave me hard bootloop, i was unable to genrate logs as i dont have laptop ritenw, this thing happened to me on rc3 also, i tried
wipe cache
wipe davilk cache but nothing help, the phone start till lock screen and before i unlock it agin goes to bootloader.
Is this happend to anyone else?
What is wrong?
Please help.

Hi everybody,
I have a Galaxy mini 2 non nfc model (GT-S6500D) and i've been using CM11 and CWM 6.0.4.5 or version after that and everything was fine. Then my battery decided to stop working. I got a new battery from a friend and i wanted to go back to stock rom and i forgot to wipe data and cache before going back to stock rom. This is where the problem appeared.
Now i'm stuck in a bootloop and cannot access recovery in any way. I can go into download mode, and i have tried another stock rom too, didn't work out. I tried flashing CWM 5.0.2.8, 6.0.3.2 and 6.0.3.3, it flashed but i still can't go to recovery. The phone just stays turned off when i hold Vol up + Vol down + home + power. Download mode works though. I also found a pit file and did a re-partition along with stock rom, it didn't work either.
Does anybody have any idea how to fix this or get past it?
Sorry because its my first post, i've been on the forum for some time but never registered.
Thanks ahead for any help!
EDIT: I managed to enter recovery somehow when it was already bootlooping or somewhat like that, im not sure myself. It's fixed now, Thanks.

Hi there,
My phone has started trying to reboot every 3 seconds. Where can I download an Android OS and how do I flash it onto my phone?
First time threader, not a techie. Be gentle.
I have also just started having this issue! Would be great if someone has some advice.
weird, mine started to have this issue 2 days ago as well : o
i smell conspiracy
however, i think you should just read up on some tutorials, there are tons of them out there
What rom? Stock 4.1 or cyanogenmod?

Wipe cache and dalvik cache on recovery, power off your phone and power on with pressing POWER+HOME+VOLUME UP.

didnt work for me, also bought a new battery, because other sources said this might be the cause of the bootloop. didnt work either. i have the stockrom 4.1.x
that i rooted a long time ago. so i will try to flash a custom rom on it, see if it works
---------- Post added at 01:24 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:01 PM ----------
i have one question left though: do i need odin to flash the rom, or is it enough to select the corresponding option in cwm? i did read several tutorial about that, most are with odin. my head hurts from the information overload, since i barely have any knowledge about modding android.
a brief answer is appreciated
edit: found the answer x)
So i tried installing cyanogenmod 11 with cwm, but my device keeps booting (half an hour so far) -> apparently i screwed up.
i attempted to restore my backup, but the problem is that the boot error is even present in recovery mode, so i didnt manage to restore it yet. any ideas on how to proceed`?

i forgot to update the thread, sorry about that x).
actually i managed to resolve my problem already and successfully installed cyanogenmod 11. also, the booting error is hardware-based. i realized that it occasionally occured after pressing the power button. apparently the button "presses itself" for longer after using it and this causes the restart. a lot of samsung-users seem to have this problem.
thank you nevertheless for your reply
