[Q] How to change the lockscreen's font? - LG Optimus Black

I'm just asking how to change the lockscreen (LG one) font to another, liike Roboto...

system->font folder -> clockopia.ttf is the clock font.

mm so I just rename the roboto font to clocktopia.ttf?

yes...ANY font you want as the clock font, just rename it to clockopia.ttf
for system font change, it's DroidSans.ttf (although, i think you know that)

dude XD he means LOCKscreen not clock of course I don't know how to do that, but I'm pretty sure it has to be something like that but for the lockscreen perhaps is the same as system? so if you change system font it will change lockscreen font too??

Eh I rename Roboto to Clockopia and got Bootloop Nevermind. I do w/ Roboto font XD

[Q] Android Revolution Font size

Hi,
Since the official update from HTC, my font size is to big.
I use now Android Revolution but the font size is still to big. Is there a fix?
Thanks!
you can customize the whole look of your phone by using UOT Kitchen, choose your desired font and size and cook your dish!
Im not sure UOT Kitchen allows you to select the font size. Just the font only.
Yes, i can change the font but not the size!
can you post a screenshot of your phone? i wanna see how the font looks like
you can download the fonts you love to replace it

Stock Font

How do I change back to the stock font that the phone came with. I installed steeldroid 2.0 and I like the ROM but I just don't like the font change much. I installed fontinstaller by jrummy from the market but I cannot find the original font file.

There should be a font simply called "Stock"
I switched back myself. I love the helvetica type font in fontinstaller but a lot of ****s alignment got retarded from it.

I've found Root Tools to be the best font switcher IMO, and it has the Stock font in the selection of 15 or so fonts.
Root Tools and Font Installer are both by JRummy. Lol Font Installer is basically the same as RT just with more fonts to choose from.
morse coded via my DROID 3
I have already tried that stock font but it still does not look the same as the stock font that the phone came with. I am talking about the blur font.

Downloaded fonts do not apply!

Hello
My S5830 is on stock rom 2.3.5. I wanted to change my system font. From "Font style" I downloaded an Arabic font pack. Now I have many fonts to set as system fonts.
But when I set any of them and reboot the system, no font change happen and system font is still the default font.
What is the solution? Why does not any change happen?
Is your device rooted? If not, then you'd need to do so in order to change system fonts. Kindly specify which app you are using to change the font.

Also from "Font style" of my device, I downloaded fonts from google, but no change happened.

Hi There,
You will need to Root Your Device first and then try to install custom fonts.

Hi,
if you rooted the SGA, backup the content of /system/fonts folder;
then substitute (use ghost commander) the original fonts with the content of Arabic font pack you downloaded and set the appropriate permission;
the reboot the phone and enjoy

first I flashed my font file that I have attached on the post.
Then I flashed your lockscreen file.
It didnt work.
can you try flashing my font file and experience the problem yourself.
You can always flash the stoick font to revert.
I placed my font in your zip after changing their original name to the one in your zip.
sorry man..
