yesterday I installed DarkyRom and i am facing strange problem now. screen shot attached to show that i am unable to read labels in gmail app, similarly searchbox on dolphine. I think Text color as well as Background color is white and I don't know how this happened. Is this my phone only or problem with ROM?

Try searching in Darky's OP or thread about inverted fonts color zip.
thanks mate that helped, one more query. in DarkyRom tabs in app are coming at bottom. i want them back to top as usual

Can you just come in here so that we may help you?By the way do you mean the darky OTA app?and there is a fix for the color issue there in the website.

not Darky OTA, on almost all apps, like phone, taptalk menus are coming at bottom half, not at the top as it used to be. i will try to attach a pic

Yeah it would help to solve the problem.But asking you question at the respective site might give a solution soon because the developers know what to do to solve your problem.Here is the thread where the question to be asked

hey , just flashed to gingerdx v10. since my post haven exceed 10 i cant post at the thread.
anyone notice that in the menu(place where all the apps are) when u rotate like horizontal , the apps icon will look like stick into right corner , i need to swipe the screen in order to get back to normal view.

Hi, if you try to scroll down the apps, it will correct the position of icons, and you don´t need to rotate your device

I used launcher pro bf, also encounter this problem. Just click home and back to the drawer the should be fine..^^
Now using go launcher, more smooth and flexible..
Is anyone else seeing the panes of the notification pull-down being cut off? When I have more than 2 panes, text is simply truncated, as if the lower margin weren't being properly calculated. Stock Slim Bean 2.4.
I can't find a dedicated preference for the notification panes, or I'd just delete them to see if that's the problem.

i jut got that fixed. but my method is quite ridiculuous. it is because at first i didnt care bout that coz it doesnt affect my daily use. but when i couldnt get into gps like papago i started to worry. then i reflash the roms with fresh clean (meaning format via pc then wiped via recovery) both xternal and internal device storage. when its all done, i noticed that my notification doesnt cut off. :fingers-crossed:
so up 2 u to try my method or just reflash the roms like u used to do.

I did my first flashing and went for CM9. Although I cannot sort the applications in the order in which I would like them (by the way is there a launcher allowing me to do this?) I really like the ROM.
But I am experiencing a weird problem. The icon - or application - names look like on the screenshots. I have this problem few times a day. Does anyone know of a solution? Thank you.

I've been looking arround the forum, but can't seem to find anything useful...
I just flashed the newest 10.1 ARHD, up from 9.4. When I was on 9.4 I used a rom for removing the 3dot menu, and adding longpress backbtn2menu. I know that in ARHD 10.1 you get 4.2.2, which by default makes longpress homebtn, the new menubtn... HOWEVER the god damn 3dot menu is still there, and its killing me. I've tried flashing the same mod I had on 9.4, and 2 other mods that are supposed to do the same, but every time it ends up freezing my phone right after bootlogo, and I end up having to reflash ARHD...
one of the reasons I flashed a custom ROM was to remove that stupid 3dot crap... anybody care to tell me how to remove the 3 dots? Is it even possible on 4.2.2/ARHD 10.1? Shouldn't it be removed by stock, when they've added a god damn function for acsessing the menu?!?

I'm sure if you search the ARHD thread you'll find the answer. The option is in the settings menu somewhere.

Did you select the button mod option when you flashed? It's been a few days since I installed so I can't remember what it was called exactly, but there was an option to enable it in Aroma. After that, it's just a matter of selecting the option in Settings under Display and buttons.

Yes, I did. And I chose he mod both in Aroma and in the settings. HOWEVER I have got it to work! reflashed the rom from stock, and now it works
Have found another "problem" though... ARHD doesnt come with the battery percentage mod anymore, since it is implemented in 4.2.2 and Sense now... but the stock percentage-shower is by displaying it on the SIDE of the battery icon, instead of on top... and I can't seem to find a working mod for 4.2.2 that wills how me battery percentage on top of the battery icon... any ideas?
Trickdroid 7 rom has plenty of different battery tweaks, including with percentage inside the battery

There is a separate battery percentage mod floating around. Someone posted it in the ARHD thread this morning. I haven't flashed it yet but supposedly it works.

What? I've been searching through there and reading like 69696954498 pages, but can't find anything about a working mod? Except Modaco, but I don't need anything other than the batterypercentage, and Modaco gives you like 75 different mods

I was looking very hard, the feature did not work As I said above your comment, I got it working after a couple of tries and a clean flash

I got it flashed and it works, but holy cow, in my eyes, it's ugly as hell It makes all my icons blue, and for some reason it also makes them bigger Thanks alot for helping me out though

Hey guys, I was listening to a music with WALKMAN today when I notice no matter what music with what picture I played the light always shows a bright pink and doesnt change to any other color
and also in album app light doesnt turn on with any picture(of course I checked it settings)
First I thought my illumination bar might be damaged but after trying to use third party apps like discolight to see how it responds it was all ok it could show every color!
I haved updated my media apps recently through update center few days back but I dont think it's because of that because it was fine till today

I tried rebooting and clearing light effects app data and force stopping it but no good result

I also noticed that my walkman them does not change according to music picture it's always pink!

yes it's stock based, Existenz 4.0.0
I suggest you reflash the rom you're using. Hopefully it'll work.

so as I mentioned before I noticed that the background color of my WALKMAN app was not changing so I googled it and this topic came up...follow instructions and you will be able to fix it

Illumination doesn't work in album and SMS (receiving and missed, but at receiving calls and at missed calls it works, i dont know why).
With walkman have same problem illumination works fine, but background always stays purple.
I am using MasterRom V5 White with Z2 UI.
