Hi all,
i have make some flashable zip for transition animations.
u can dload it here,feel free to try it..
Instructions:
-Download the file and put it in your internal sdcard.
-go into cwm/recovery mode.
-wipe cache&dalvik and fix permission.
-then flash it, after that reboot your phone.
-should work with deodexed Rom.
-Make sure to do backup before Installing the animations.
Noted:
this only work when u enable the animations in system settings/display/animation..
u can use app like nitrality to control the speed of ur popup & transition animations
Please let me know if u have some errors after flashing these animations..thx

Havent try it b4..as long as ur rom is deodex,it should work..u can try it..make sure u backup first,or place some flashable zip theme in ur sdcard..if cant work,u can straight away do restore from ur backup or flash any other themes..no worries..

After flashing and reboot it takes too long to get in on the main screen as well as phone becomes frozen so I had to remove the battery to turn on again and replacing it with another animation.. But it seems Rudolf animations is no different from fold animations??

Weird, mine dont have any error..yeah,it should take a longer time to boot coz it will auto wipe ur cache&dalvik..lol u oso realized that one?i think i'll dlete rudolf animation..

thanks to all that donated to me. I´m currently working on Rom/Kernel and preparing for Miui, I just created something on my train travel time today.
Requirements (For installation infos go at the bottom of the post):
A Rom on your device (odexed)
A custom kernel
Some basic flashing skills
This is for all guys that don´t want to flash a Custom Rom but also don´t like those Samsung apps that nobody uses. This short mod will remove the following apps, and will give you ~100mb more space on your device. First the mod deletes the following apps and then you can choose in the recovery (TouchSupport possible by AROMA Installer) which usefull apps you want to install instead.

Installation:
-- If you don´t have a custom kernel installed, download f.e. Codehawxs latest Gingerbread build and flash it as pda through odin 1.8)
-- If all requirements are fullfiled download the attached zip, copy it to your sd-card, hit "install zip from sd card" and choose this mod. AROMA Installer will start and you can touch to follow the instructions on the screen. (If touch support may not works please post some info about your system here and flash the file by using the Vol-up + Vol-down + Power button.

Not working on my phone I guess.
It's stuck at the Samsung moving logo (for like 15 minutes now).
Both buttons at the bottom of the phone are lit though.
Guess I should reflash SuperRom 3.1.
Why did you make it remove TouchWiz???

Nope that probably won't work cause the Ace's screen is bigger. If you want to use them, you have to resize.

Nah, you just need an image editor to edit the size (240x320) and to change the txt file. Don't test the new boot anim in your device. You can find Boot animation Factory here, in xda, just search for it.
With that, you can also preview the boot anim in your pc ;D

lol no need of any image editors....see my signature, in dat click on developer 101.
i provided a detail guide on how to create, resize, replace bootanimations along with sound
HY i making a system UI for galaxy mini. I built the original and the only other one with removable tray remained the same. I'm going to develop it to the real S2 be filling it. If anyone can help it would be just as much a question of how I could replace the battery icon.
Installation:
-Download this file
-Root your phone
-Install root explorer

CM10..for JB stock rom is on another threads..

im a lil bit newbie in this... is just a mod for optimus l7? or you can flash it to optimus l5 with cm10, i tried it but my touchscreen stoped responding nor my led buttons were functional, i already make a restore so everything went back to normal.. i really like the mod and i would like if io can be ported as well to the cm10 in l5 or let me know if i did something wrong.

its for L7... but mostly CM10 has a same code..so its possible to port it on ur devices..there's lots of guide about cm10 on xda,,if u need some help..just pm..i'll try my best..

bro its a mod to change the window transition animation effects flash it via cwm and give your feedback here ..\
n also make a backup 4 u safety..
What kinda of transition effect? U can provide a video link.... That would be better for ppl before trying.

Was worried about this, downloaded, opened up. Framework-res flashable format inside w/ xmls for interpolators, like in some new ROMs. Checked .shs inside, says from villainrom.
