Rom region for GSM - Galaxy S I9000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Y company telcel from mexico uses gsm 850 mhz with hsdpa, which region should y try to allow me this without changing the modem?

I live in USA and would like to use T-Mobile 3g network, I've read all you need for T-Mobile 3g is the 850, 1900, and 2100 bands. I have a GT-I9000GSMH international, I think i got it and it had JVT on it, im not sure. But anyways, i flashed it with JW4 official, then CF-root, then sephamore 2.7.4. I installed the UGJK3 modem through heimdall, CMW install never seems to work when i check in system->about->baseband. oh i should post this list of comptable 850 defaults i found,

i run service mode *#2263#, and set 850 only in WCDMA menu, reboot, check with *#0011#, no service, run service mode *#2263#, enable GSM and WCDMA 850, PCS and WCMDA 1900, and WCMDA 2100. reboot
when i check *#0011# my service mode reads:
GSM: Home(CS+PS)
Band: GSM 1900, BSIC: 47
ive checked if my HSDPA is enabled *#*#301279#*#* 1 is enabled
still only edge network, i live in a large city so i believe i would get 3g service where i am located, can anyone offer any help?
data roaming is enabled...

Is Possible install ROM RM-893 in my Lumia 925 RM-892?

I have a Lumia 925 RM-892 and can't use the LTE AWS bands (1700/2100Mhz), but i read that RM-893 it support that bands. It is possible to change the ROM from RM-892 to RM-893 in order to have access to AWS bands?
