[THEME-DEV] need help turning my icon set into a theme

First off, yes, I was inspired by these two icon sets here:

I simply love that idea. I'm just not crazy about Airal or Agency FB; so I took the idea and slapped on ITC's Avant Garde Gothic Std. (in two different weights). I did stick with UltraLinx's color scheme though.
For those who aren't familiar with Avant Garde, this is one of my favorite examples:

I haven't yet decided if I'm going to add the alternative characters into my icons like the above example uses. I'm installing PhotoShop cs5 tonight and if it makes it any easier to access the glyphs than cs4 does, they will definitely be included.

Grained Icon Pack
I put together some icons for my own use a while ago and finally got around to putting them all in an installable icon pack. Its not an extensive pack but I'm open to requests. Just let me know what you're missing and I’ll do my best to put new icons in - asap. All other icons are cut and scaled on a unified template (see picture below).
This Icon Pack should work on most launchers. I’ve seen it work on Nova and ssLauncher. Let me know if you have problems on anything else.

[THEME] The Greys for Apex/Nova/ADW

Yo its Stryker again with another new theme. This theme is called "The Greys". Its based on the color grey. As always I go for a ridiculously simple design, with icon designs that users are familiar with. Anyways I have been using this theme for weeks and really enjoy it, and hope you guys will too. This theme is a full Apex, Nova, ADW theme, and the icons work on Holo Launcher also. As always I have a free version for xda and a Donate version on the Google PlayStore. Both versions are identical. So let me show you some screens and post the links!!!

Important

Tasker profile (needed for using animations with custom parameters such as whether or not the apps drawer is activated)
(Install Tasker, download backup.xml from below, move it to Tasker/User/Configs, in Tasker click the three dots on top and click on Data->Restore->backup.xml)
Iconzy (needed for the apps komponent)
(Install Iconzy, Navigate to "Icon Saver", Click the + button, 'Pick' all the Icons you would like to have in your 3x3 apps komponent, click on them one by one and select "Use with Kustom", Paste the formula copied in the respected app you are aiming to change, Change the touch function of the app to the app you have linked)
