Hi all!
I'm glad to come here to announce the lastest creation of Me and my porter team.
This rom is based on Miui 4, that was made by one of my modified boot.img.
Then, i've used this rom (MIUI4) as base, and the ICS from Motorola Milestone 2 as Porting.
I have to strongly thank Omer (OMR911) ; Oscar (ocovarr112) and Marcel (FLATZKI), who without them I would never have succeeded.
Thanks, i really hope this is just the beginning of a long partnership!

So, now we are working in parallel on: CM9, MIUI 4 and ICS from source, then the changelog it will be very similar to other Rom.
GOOGLE APPS ARE INCLUDED IN THE ROM (They are installed automatically on first boot)
The rom is still in BETA version, so it isn't recommended for daily use!

BEFORE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Do a nandroid backup.
3. Download the ROM, and copy the zip on the SD.
3. Reboot into Recovery mode.
2. Do a WIPE (wipe data / factory reset wipe + cache partition).
4. Install the ROM, by select install .zip from SD card
5. Restart.

PROCEDURE FOR RECOVERY:
(NB: CWM is already installed on your system, then the problem has been solved ...but in case of problems ahead and use the procedure below)
PROCEDURE 1:
Before continue to the Second Procedure or Third Procedure, try to get into Recovery following the simple procedure:
With the phone turned off, press the power button and when the phone is powered up press repeatedly the Volume - button (VOL-) to enter into Recovery. ---> If that does not work, repeat it again by pressing (also repeatedly) the key G.
PROCEDURE 2:
To go into recovery mode, even from bootloop, just download:
Android SDK: DOWNLOAD
Pull it out in directory: C: \ SDK
Start the file en.bat inside the folder called EnVar
After that, return to the path C: \ SDK
Start the file en.bat and command line type: adb reboot recovery
Your Smartphone will reboot in recovery mode!
PROCEDURE 3
Otherwise, if the phone is not detected by 'ADB, you must download this. Zip (DOWNLOAD) containing Smart Flash Tool.
Meanwhile also download this firmware: DOWNLOAD (click on Скачать бесплатно)
And follow the following steps:
1.) Start Smart Flash Tool
2.) Remove the battery and unplug the phone 'USB
3.) Hold down the volume (Vol +) connect the usb ---> The phone will boot into the official LG recovery (usually used for a normal update ... etc)
4.) Move the table ROM Copy D/L ---DO NOT TOUCH ANY SETTING.---
5.) Unzip the rom you have previously downloaded to any folder.
6.) Select the bin file for CP. Fls and AP bin file. Bin
7.) Now click on START, the phone will reboot and you will riflashato Recovery in CWM

It's the unofficial porting of cm9.
we are working in parallel on CM9; ICS compiled from source and MIUI.
So the changelog will be similar... or in certain case the same.
PROCEDURE 4 for booting into recovery-mode
Hey Fardox, I think the easiest way to boot into recovery is to reboot with titanium backup and chose "boot into recovery". We have already root access and i think people which testing every rom's should already have this app. ;-)

Yes, the usb mount works but only in Recovery, although, the usb mass storage is not working for now.
We are trying to solve all issue, but for first we are working on Wi-Fi; Audio and Camera...these are the most difficult bugs to fix!

right now they still share the shame bugs.so in terms of performance they are still not suitable for daily use.the devs work simultaneously on the 3 roms so the updates may be at the same time.let's hope for the best.

Only ricardo is working on black from cm devs and i think it is not his primary goal. It is more of a sidequest.. but there are several people here working on cm9/ics/miui4 at the same time. Let's hope for the best.

the separate keypad modules isn't included in this package , i think you wan't need it again > i'm using it for more than 8 hours with no keyboard stoppage ..

Tried it for 2 hours now. I had only one wifi connection lost. But that was the only error. Market works. It's fast and stable LOVE IT ^^

tried this for a few hours and the build is quite solid and stable, but with all other android builds ive tried, the keypad freezes all the time for me. froze 3 times so far in 4 hours. guess i still cant use any android build until thats fixed in the kernels. ill try the turbo keernel tosee if its any better

When you start android and the code is displayed there is the pinguine on the top, wenn the pinguin disapear and the code begin at the top, than press vol down

It should apeare after 30-60sec (normaly shorter)

you can use the kernel with separate keyboard modulus so you can activate it with one touch everytime it freazes ...

i don't know the reason , but it may be winmo related or radio related , BTW try to enable wifi in Winmo & start android ...

Ah okay I didn't know. I have quite clean sdcard.
And I have one question. After Installing gapps (after launching android) everything worked fine and I never get a force close message. But after starting Android after reboot I get a lot of force close messages. (The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.)
I use turbo kernel (this one in the turbo kernel folder @612mHz)
The included one didn't work. I pressed harret and then phone restarted (i tried both 652 and 614 mHz) Do someone know what's the problem? But that is not so urgent

That is the one working ROM for my Galaxy Ace S5839i !!!!
And the one with the newest CM12.1 of the actual ROMs
But poor to see, that the /system size is smaller.
No way to get gapps working (even nano), because only 1 mb free space left.
Need to modify .pit file...

Things that need fix:
1)Ill response while Auto rotation
2)Youtube occassionaly has bugs not that serious but still would be better if you integrate another version in next built.
Btw hq videos seem to work fine while playing through mini apps.

-I rooted with the ROOT-S5830C-i-M.zip.
-I installed cm11kernel.zip (which claims ROOT is missing) ?
-I mount data to be able to enable USB debugging via adb but...
I cant get ADB to acces adb "/data/property/persist.sys.usb.config"
Flash stock rom via odin.
Install CM 11
Then upgrade it to this ROM it would be much hazzle free, also flash Y modem to get the mobile network and sim work.

Also for Odin I will need USB debugging enabled, or not ? Because Odin will "start", but not do anything then.
p.s.
After the 3rd time in continued after "Setup Connection..."
Then, after flashing, win7 x64 trys to re-detect the device :

The phone noone expected custom ROMs for.
Does now run smooth(!) in an Sony Xperia lollipopkat ROM... 5.1.1...this is amazing !

If I try to flash gapps, phone freezes at "Sony Xperia screen"

Needs (resources):
- laptop or pc (DUH)
- odin >>> just google it and you should find it
- a custom-recovery file for your specific device (must be odin flashable) >>> can be found on XDA (here where you are reading this *lol*)
- the universal root-package.zip >>> attached :good:
- Data cable >>> I recommend using the cable that came with your potato :silly:
- some time ( )
What ya gotta do:
0. Make sure your bootloader is unlocked >>> if you forget this or you just don't wanna do this (y?) Your data may be formatted when flashing
1. Place the update-supersu.zip file on your phone's storage (better would be sd card but okay... BTW you can choose... it's not like it HAS to be on the phone's storage)
2. Run odinV3 as administrator
3. Boot you phone into download/odin mode >>> power off > power button + volume down + home key OR power button + volume up + volume down
4. Connect you phone to your pc/laptop
5. In odin's live log it should say: device connected
6a. In the AP slot: put your recovery file
6b. Make sure to disable auto-reboot in options of odin (IMPORTANT)
7. HIT GO!!
8. ONCE DONE FLASHING DON'T REBOOT... reboot into recovery IMMEDIATELY ( VERY important > if you perform a normal reboot you gotta do this all again ( your uprooted system will replace the custom recovery with its own recovery if you didn't successfully root ))
9. In recovery allow modifications
IF YOUR RECOVERY ASKS TO ROOT YOUR PHONE PLEASE, PLEASE DECLINE
10. Hit the install button in your custom recovery and search for the update-supersu.zip file > select it
11. Install it > you should see some stuff happening
12. Once done hit reboot system now and let it reboot >>> first reboot may take some time... let it go and don't speed up or reboot Becuz it may break... once again not my fault -____-
13. Look for supersu... if it's installed > you probably successfully rooted your device * please confirm with a root checker \[°^°\]

When installing this zip you have to know it’ll make your intSD to be formatted when you want to revert to Nougat (see later on) . So do follow instructions carefully, otherwise do flash something else….don’t want to see some tears due to this one
So, thought I upload my twrp zip of A2017 V3.0.0B01 MiFavor 5.2 based on @wineds backup (thnx mate !). And make a FULL GUIDE for it !
As some of you wanted to test out this V3.0.0B01(version2) not through EDL but via a regular twrp zip, here you go !
Pros and Cons but did my best to make it as it is...
PRO :
*stock rom with Dolby
*almost fully debloated of Chinese adware
*working magisk 15.3 and safetynet
*working adaway
*magisk modules working fine
*no call bugs
*no hickups or stuttering UI
*scaling up to 0.25 – much faster UI experience
*axon7 G bootanimation
*FP scanner less then 1/2sec response time

CONS :
*didn’t manage to make system r/w through root explorers ; you can however delete and add files - or use twrp - i guess you’ll have to live with that and test for yourselves
*reboot time lasts langer then normal
*quick-charging does work but does not display that on screen
*dialer phone call list may show some chinese characters next to "mobile", "work". It's a translation of it.

Procedure : READ CAREFULLY !!!!!
0. Download/place files onto extSD (not intSD) formatted as Fat(32)/exFAT (otherwise your extSD might seem “corrupt” when booted – see also PNW) :
a. Twrp3.2.1.5
b. A2017X_V3.0.0B01_O_SL!M rom
c. A2017X_V3.0.0B01_bootstack twrp3.2.1.6 incl
d. Modem G or U
e. A2017X_universalB15_twrp3.2.1.0 included and/or your bootstack of your running rom at the moment
f. Magisk 15.3
1. Do make a full backup of your intSD ! ( on pc or extSD like you want ). You’ll loose your intSD when reverting back and needs formatting to EXT4. YOU ARE WARNED!
2. Install twrp3.2.1.0 (if not already running) !
3. Do make a full backup in twrp3.2.1.0 of your entire working rom (boot, modem, system, data)(if not already done)
4. Boot into twrp3.2.1.0 and flash twrp3.2.1.5(a), reboot in recovery AGAIN ( do not boot system)
5. Wipe system/data/cache/dalvik
6. Install (b) rom
7. Install (c) bootstack
8. Install (d) modem (G/U)
9. Flash magisk 15.3 (f)
10. Wipe cache/dalvik
11. Reboot
12. Tap power on “5sec” and “30sec” screen ( I know….the corrupt boot is awfull,,don't blame me...)
13. You’ll be powered off/red lights
14. Power for around 10sec and you’ll boot
15. Tap middle circle on bootpage, choose English, setup wifi,check in,…..
16. You’re on !
17. Uncheck auto update into Playstore !
18. Check safetynet magisk. Should be ok
19. Check adaway. Should be ok. If not : check “systemless hostst” under magisk/settings
20. Enjoy adless youtube
21. ….
You can add the new JoJoc module in magisk to juice up your battery-life :good:
Tip : disable left page (Mi-board) with long press on home screen/goto more/uncheck Mi-Board
REVERT PROCEDURE to Nougat : READ CAREFULLY !!!
1. Boot into twrp3.2.1.6
2. Flash twrp3.2.1.0 and reboot into recovery AGAIN (not into system !)
3. You will see you have to “cancel” and swype and you’ll have to format intSD again. But first look also if you see your old twrp backup you took earlier into the restore option
4. When so, go into wipe/advanced/wipe/choose data/change filesystem to EXT4
5. Then go into wipe : wipe system/data/cache/dalvik
6. Restore your old twrp backup
7. Flash universal B15 ! (for nougat)
8. Reboot
9. Red lights...but power again for some secs
10. You’ll boot
11. When booted, reenter twrp again and flash ( if needed ) your own bootstack again ( in my case on G I flashed the B09 bootstack (slim4) and in same flash also the B09-removeBLwarning )
12. Reboot and you’re on your old running rom now

It's all in procedure you know. And no you'll have to install 3.2.1.5. Later on, when bootstack is flashed you'll end up even on 3.2.1.6 to not corrupt your data EXT4 partition.
Anyway, read carefully and do all as described!!! This is not a regular flash

Based on this. ZTE release beta V3.0.0B01 MiFavor 5..2
Performance is up to you to test. For me it has no lags only the ones mentioned in OP. When listening f.e. on youtube, imo sound quality is way above N.
Battery with Jojoc tweak is comparable to N.
Also less then 1/2sec for FP scanner. So no bug there as before.
Test it yourself and compare :good:

Did not boot on my U version. Waiting on animation for 15 minutes
Booted for me (A2017G).
Fingerprint sensor is veeeery slow when phone has been sleeping.
For adaway, I had to change the setting in Magisk, as mentioned in the OP.
Other than that, it seems ok. It would be nice to have a way of applying the B07 OTA though.

If no go , wipe system/data/cache/dalvik again and redo procedure all over.

FP for me is like said very fast even when doing it's nap
Yeah, V3B07 would be great (i worked on it before) but then again for now no dolby when rooted and vice versa afaik. Therefore i worked on this one.
For G version (not sure about U) , if you want to disable nav_bar, use my navbar df!nr

i have done what you say on OP. Phone turn off of i dont press power button. When i press, linux pinguin seems and it goes boot animation but never boots.

i'm stuck at the linux penguin on my G model, done everything as described in the op, no errors while flashing or anything, can't get past it
