Flash one more time with Odin version of 2.3.5 XXJVS or JVT De-Odexed and it should work, don't worry its not gonna explode, these processes are always reversible!
I have seen more myriad cases that the installation was not a success the first time and they have to do it one more time over the first installation!

Congrats on the new phone!
You don't need to re-flash anything (Well... maybe 2.3.5 JVT anyway ). What you need to do is look up your mobile carrier's apn settings on the net. You will have to enter them manually and you will have your mobile data back.
Settings>Wireless & Network>Mobile networks>Access Point Names.
Follow that path, and that is where you will have to enter the carrier settings for internet and mms.

I think you need configure your APN Settings for your GSM Provider
First you set date and time and country reboot phone.
or
You call your provide network say not working data they see you settings and help.
Does it work now? Have you checked you have the correct csc code. The easiest way maybe to download nitrality, and check which one you have and see if it is correct by looking it up either on google or on here. If you do need to change it, it will factory reset your phone (but its a new phone so that shouldn't be a problem )
You can also check your csc code by dialling this *#272*your imei number#

I wanted to flash a new baseband to my Optimus 2x... but infortunately, i kept the "erase cal" selected.
And then, i have no network at all, i tried with every baseband and every radio, it doesn't work. I noticed that when i flashed the 605 baseband, my network icon was on, but network didn't work.
I'm on MIUI Rom, and my phone seemed to have the same baseband since April 2011.
Please help me, it's like my optimus became an Itouch
Up, i flashed an original firmware, still no results...
Did you try a full wipe, back to stock reflash to miui?

You seem to have destroyed your phone's IMEI.
Check if dialing *#06#* gives you the same IMEI as on your sticker underneath the battery. If not you need to reprogram it, and to do that you need to be on a ROM with a stock dialler.
Procedure here.

i was trying to flash my optimus black back to v10a but i accidentally flash the wrong version instead of p970 v10a i flash it to P970H version and now i cant scan my wifi and use the internet connection by my service provider. Anyone know what can i do to save my phone?

I have a Lg Ku5900 that only have english language and Korean, i try to change language using P970 flash and smart flasher, because UpTestEX_mod2_marwin not work. After sucesseful update using smart flasher no network .
Try to repair imei - wifi and bluethoot nothing.
I flash again now using Octupus box and LGKU5900AT-00-V20l-450-08-NOV-01-2011+0.oct , Now have again my baseband but no network , try to repair again, imei wi fi and bluethoot but nothing. I have a backup up from eeprom.
Restore eeprom and have again full network But again only english and korean language. I use again smart flasher and select only AP image from LGP970AT-00-V20b-SEA-XXX-JAN-02-2012+0_AP.BIN , pachage P970 V20B(Gingerbread Version. And voila phone have all languages , network work 3g and have full bars, memory card and camera working in good conditions
Then the conclusion is to change the language only need to flash AP image from V20B Gingerbread , and not mess with baseband.
I add eeprom , but i think only octupus can write this.

You need to check if you're calls are working correctly all the time. We tried also flashing ku5900 gb on p970 and other basebands and it got very weird. if it works ok then it's cool. Thanx for the info.

What about USSD codes (on my KU5900 are not working) and GPS lock (spends more than 20 min without finding a satelitte) ?
Absolutely lost your 6GB internal memory
Even try many times, absolutely lost internal memory.
USSD working with this convert build, but some custom rom no work.

How about using KR baseband file?I'm korean and I have KU5900.
Turn on the smartFlashtool and ap file setting what is you choosed AP file, and use CP file V20T CP file.

First of all, I am sorry if I have posted in a wrong section, but my OB gets me out of my mind! After I have upgraded to GB v20b, if I let it a couple of hours in stand-by mode or overnight, it looses network carrier signal! :|and I must turn-off and on again and again every time I want to make a call or I need the internet! Or sometimes after I insist on calls, 10 at number, it says "USIM loading complete" and starts calling. What should I do? Did I made something wrong?

Still no positive result I`m still fighting with it... I have installed both v20n and custom zeus, and tested... and nothing changes... after a couple of hours, it loses the network what can I do else?
Either try to flash back to your stock ROM, or flash back to an unrooted version, that is availible for your device and return it to your provider. They will repair it.
You should check the network band for your contry and then choose rom's acording. If you install rom's working on another bands it happens. To me that's a very common problem when intalling european rom's to work in my LatAm bands
