How are would they put an adult's lung inside a 10 year old girl?

I realize that this is not a charity org site, which is why I'm not asking for monetary donations. All I'm asking for is a couple of minutes out of everyone's busy schedule to just sign a petition that could possibly help the child from my post above or any other child that may face the same situation in the near future.
Besides, the last I checked, this is an off topic forum.
Also for those that feel this is fake...that's why I posted the link to abcnews site. This was also on the news broadcast this afternoon. Check all the news sources online or offline and let me know if you find that this is a scam.

Even when petitions "succeed" they typically do absolutely nothing and the people who sign them go back to their lives feeling like they made a difference. If you really care about something then you need to call or write your representative and encourage others to do the same.

Also for those that are skeptical, the petition to Make Unlocking Cell Phones Legal received 114,322 signatures(including mine) and resulted in an official White House response:

Yeah we ACTUALLY do but all the other companies say the same thing and give the impression that they also have it. I mean if you look into it, it's very clear we do and say Verizon don't. But commercials are very deceiving to some.
I don't really care about the other networks but maybe if the others don't advertise that they have unlimited, we can get more money put into Sprint and improve our network. (I don't if that's why Galaxy wants to sign, but I'm just theorizing why someone from Sprint would care)

Yeah, subtly... Regardless, I'm not sure why everyone thinks Sprint's so slow to get updates. It'll probably come out before the other carriers, or at least second. Just because international models get updates before us, doesn't mean AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon will get it before us. Remember, we were the first to get Jelly Bean on the EVO 4G LTE.
