As a temporary workaround, you can enable ADB in TWRP, and then use

commands to transfer files.
hey everyone.miui recovery just boot over twrp
flashing vbmeta.img and fastboot flash recovery recovery.img just getting me a mini bootloop after fastboot
and the fastboot boot recovery.img just getting me an error
