Weather forecast, women animation perhaps

I posted this Idea on PPCgeeks and was told to better post it here since all the GREAT developpers are here.
What would be really cool, if some developer would mod/tweak the weather tab or the weather on home screen with women animation for sene 2.1 and 2.5.
Example:
1-Sunny - an animated swimming suit model
2-Cold - a animated women with white coat on
3-Windy - animated Marilyn Monroe with her signature pic, flying white dress
I think that would be nice and an extreme hit.

Clever idea.
Not a developer, but most of the weather apps simply use a different numbered .png file for each condition. It would be fairly easy to replace them with static images of different woman pictures. The animation may be a bit trickier...

Most of the work for this would be more graphical and skinning then actual software development.

You're so right ! people want skin and very graphic descriptions

I can help with the image editing if anyone can tell me details on what would need to be done

Unfortunately I can't tell you anything about it, but you could ask HERE or even track down and ask directly the 2 users who made the mods you can find in post 5 of that thread. Just read a few pages back from the end.

well can be done with towolfs 3d weather... it uses the swf file for the animation so you need to make appropriate swf file and change it....

I have a question:
It is impossible to port a magic or dream theme for hero??
there are some themes for cm5 really really beautiful!!

yeah i have seen awesome themes too. well, it can be possible but Contact the theme maker & He/She might be port theme for G2/G3

Magic n Dream both have the same screen resolutions so it'd be a job of just swapping out the .png files I assume.

Theme Request: Girly Theme's

Just rooted my wife's Eris and now I've hooked her into modding her phone. She was looking around at some different themes and found the Droiddoespink rom. I know there are alot of dev's out there that only like to theme thier personal rom but for the sake of being truely customizable it would be super beneficial if we could get zip aligned themes only.
I'm specifically looking for theme's like droiddoespink or possibly purple color theme's or other Girly type theme's. I know it's hard to develop a theme that could apply to multiple rom's but if the great themer's on the forum here could pick maybe the most popular rom's and theme them we could choose which rom.....and which theme we would like.
I tend to like .zip aligned theme's better than metamorph because I feel it's easier and there is less to do (and less to go wrong) when installing.
Anyone that can provide me with something, Thanks in advance and I would greatly appreciate it!

MetaMorph is actually better for going across ROMs as for what you are asking, a custom framework apk and update would have to be made for each ROM. MetaMorph causes less damage and can be easier for all users across.
If you want to learn how to do either, I can teach you. Will only take a few mins and you will be surprised how easy it really is. PM me if you are interested. I am done themeing for the Eris as I sold mine but I never mind teaching people. I always say more themers the better.

If you want to let DroidKevlar teach you how to make the metamorph file It would be fine with me if you or anyone else that wants too pull the png's from my DroidDoesPink rom and make it into a metamorph file....I just don't have the time to do it myself.

Was going to do this but gotta love @$$hole users. Im done with all this. If anyone wants help doing it, hit me up, but me putting my time for free to do this, not so much anymore. I lost that love. Sorry guys. But it will be pretty simple, just time consuming. Conap has given the OK to do it so anyone can do this. Just make sure you give him credit.

My wife would love this theme. I have done some html and java/javascript back in the day. I have no idea where to even start with this. Ive got a little time and maybe a little money for coffee...lol. Looked at the Droid Does Pink and my wife thought it was awesome.

[THEME IDEA] symbian navy theme for android?

Hi everybody!
I'm not sure if i should have started this threat in Q&A section or here, so I'm sorry if i chose the wrong place.
I used to have a nokia symbian phone before my current sgs and there was this beautiful theme named "navy" made by "babi" which i loved the most, and ive lately been trying to get it for android, so i made a lil online research about getting the pictures outta the sis file and finally i made it, but the thing is that those are svg files and all are invalid.... now i dont know what is wrong but i really want this theme to happen soooooooo badly, so is there anyone who can validate those svg files or i dont know, help me in some ways? i think it will make a WONDERFUL theme.

New to this site, question about theme request

Hi,
I am new to this site and have been looking through all the different themes, but I can't find exactly what I am looking for and I have no idea how to go about making a theme myself. I have searched everywhere for a particular theme, but can't find anything even close, anywhere. Would it be possible to request a theme here? I have an LG Optimus phone. I would like the main color to be a light pink and more of a smooth wallpaper look, rather than a tiled wallpaper. I don't like a cluttered look at all. I really like the "girly skulls" and was hoping to have that be the main theme. Not the real looking skulls, but more of the cutesy girl skulls with big eyes and bows. If anyone can help me, It would be greatly appreciated. Below are some of the skullies that I like to give you an example of what I am talking about. And, I also love peace signs. If that could be incorporated into the theme at all without cluttering up the screen, I would love that!
If I shouldn't have posted this here, I truly apologize. Just let me know so that I can post it in the proper place.
