My dear old XT 860 has been stuck on a Boot Loop for quite some time now (2 years-ish I think). I've done the hard reset multiple time now, and I believe the only way is to try to install the stock ROM when originally purchased from Bell. But this is the only page I have found with the holy grail of link... And it no longer works. Do you guys know where I could find those files mentioned in the first message of this thread?
Thanks a lot
P.S. I've reached Bell, Motorola themselves, and no one could help out.

At this point, I don't need it, but boy does this open up some new flashing capabilities!

Yes I did. I tested alot of stuff in the past so I said to myseft, why not again. I have nothing to loose. So, flashed it, worked the first time with no problem. And this time the base band is good. Version U_03.3B.01P. So it's verry nice to be fully on the original system again. So when I will sell the phone, I won't feel cheap!
Good work, been waiting for this to pop up for months! Now I can finally get off this Mexican version and back where I should be. Curious to see if it fixes any little bugs that have been bothering me.

Hey Rick#2,
Is it possible to incorporate some of the stuff in this ROM with an updated version of the XT860 patch?

If its the same libs etc as the uploaded bell 2.3.6 fota patch files then it will just cause the phone to fc. Maybe it will work with roms based on a 2.3.6 system, there werent any but bell stock when i tried.
Wow - finally!!! I have started to think this would never come! Time to get my hands dirty with the XT860!
Unfortunately I get a 404 on the download link I could really use this file about now!

thanks, I've downloaded it... but I can't seem to get it to DO anything... can't seem to install it as an update.zip, can't get RSD lite to load it...
Anyone have a step by step on how to load this on to the phone?
EDIT: seems that my version of RSDLite was too old to handle XML files. upgraded to the version from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1348587 and managed to flash the file.
Back on stock (actually... first time I've ever had stock on this used phone...)
Any chance of getting this stickied or added to the info at the top of the forum?

First, posting in the wrong forum probably diminished your chances somewhat of getting a 'meaningful reply'.
Second, the download link works perfectly for me and completes very quickly.
Third, that download server DOES support pause & resume, so if you simply used ANY download manager, you would be able to resume the download if it cut off. I'm guessing you are probably just trying to download from within chrome/IE/firefox?
Fourth, your most recent reply isn't conducive to getting ANYONE to help you...
Not withstanding points 1, 2, 3, and 4, I'm still going to help you out. I copied the file you are requesting to my personal server.
You have 2 hours to download the file before I remove it from my server (limited bandwidth).
Here is your link: [Time up - Link removed]
Download it before 8:30PM EST (2 hours from now), or don't download it at all.
EDIT: Time's up. File removed from server. Hope you got it!
I know I'm probably posting in the wrong place but I posted in another part of XDA and no one got back to me and since this forum seems more active I guess ill try here. So I apologize if I'm in the wrong section of XDA but I'm a bit desperate. Ok so I own a kindle fire HD 7 2013 edition and it got updated to the newest fire is 4.5.2 earlier this year. I managed to get Amazon to rollback my software to version 11.3.2.6 but I have no clue how to root this. Please help me. Thanks so much!

You may just want to use Towelroot. I've seen reports that it works on the newer hdx, so it might work on our kindles as well. <br />

OK so I figured since this version is so hard to root I'll do something else. I contacted Amazon and got them to upgrade me back to Fire OS 4.5.3. And I was wondering what software version or Fire OS version is the easiest to root? This way I can get Amazon to roll me back to it instead.
Hi guys. I have downloaded the firmware finder as I wanted to update to emui 5 and nougat. I see this firmwares after refreshing g. Do I presume correctly I should download both Full and then OTA? Are those firmwares good for my device? Please see screenshot.

How did you manage to do it?
I have some questions :
1) do you have the bootloader unlocked?
2) is your device rooted?
3)what method did you used to upgrade?
Thanks in advance.
Did you try after, go into stock update app, push settings, get latest full Package?
The lastest should pop up ?

Hi Guys,
I badly need your help with my POCO M3 Pro 5G. I tried to flash a Europian stock Rom for my phone. The flash was successful until it showed DM VERITY CORRUPTION and when I press the power button, it is only stuck in the bootlogo. I ran out of solution on how to get this resolved. Can someone help me out on how to get this fixed? The only way for me to connect to phone is only with fastboot mode.
I really would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!

Phone codename is camellia,right?
But which version? Global,EEA,CN etc.....
You had to flash the rom which corresponds to the version of the phone and relock, (maybe what you did).

1. Hello friends, there are two ways to fix this problem. First, you need Root, and after using Root, you need to download any file manager and give Root permission. You need to backup your baseband, nvram nvdata nvcfg after backup Save, you also need an MTK Bypass You can search for MTK Auth Bypass Tool through Google. To download, you also need to use SP Flash to flash the machine. You need to download the official firmware package. You can download it through xiaomirom.com, download the corresponding version, and use SP Flash to read your firmware package, after the reading is completed, choose to format all and download, wait for the completion, press the power button after completion, you will find that the error has disappeared, but the baseband is lost, but you have backed up. Boot through fastboot to unlock the BL lock, and proceed fastboot flash nvram ....... fastboot flash nvdata ....... fastboot flash nvcfg ....... Fastboot reboot reboot. congratulations your baseband is back, i am a newbie and my instructions are very Not comprehensive, such as where is the baseband position, but I have too many characters, I will list the baseband position. 2. Replace a new motherboard, all mobile phone problems are solved.
Hope to help you.
