after s-off you need to flash ics hboot !!
then flash a rom of your choice !!
most important : make sure to flash a s-off kernel via fastboot
(an s-off user doesnt need to flash kernel via fastboot, but as you say you're stuck in a bootloop, you should try flashing an s-off kernel via fastboot)
good luck..

If you didn't choose to install the custom hboot the you need to unlock your s-off bootloader. You can use the same unlock key you got from htcdev the first time. Then flash the Rom and it should work.

Read this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1373697 and download: HTC Sync (Installed then uninstalled for ADB drivers).
IncS main version downgrade toolkit v2.0.
RUU used for downgrade.
Extract all the files from the downgrade toolkit to your PC and run runme.cmd, following the instructions on screen.
Then run the RUU Downgrade (takes a while, around 10 mins so be patient).
When its finished running, you can verify if you have 1.13.0000 hboot by entering hboot (power on phone + vol down).
Then you can run revolutionary to get your s-off!

Yes, if you have HBOOT ver 1.16.0000 then the DownGrade tool will work. If you have HBOOT ver 2.00.0000 then the DownGrade will not work because zergRush does not work.

It is an attempt by HTC open up the phone for customization by developers. It unlocks the bootloader so that you can flash a custom recovery, a custom ROM and a custom boot image, but it falls short of being full S-OFF (security off).
If you have installed the latest OTA update which updates the phone to Android 2.3.5/Sense 3.0 then the HBOOT version is 2.00.0000 which cannot be S-OFF or downgraded, so unlocking at HTCDEV is your only choice at this point in time to root your phone.

With this HBOOT you will not get S-OFF, however since it is unlocked, you can flash custom ROMs, you just need to flash the custom ROM's boot.img manually in fastboot mode. Please search and discover how to do this as it has been discussed and documented several times in this forum.

Alright, I'll cut you a break since you don't understand English and don't know how to search. Here is a post that describes exactly what you want to do. If you can't follow it, then I suggest you learn how to search and find the answers you need:

I also have HBOOT 2.00 and S-ON, but as tpblake says I can flash any ROM I choose. You don't have to have S-OFF to flash custom ROMs.
In fact I'm still uncertain why you need S-OFF at all....

Yes you can S-ON after you S-OFF with revone: fastboot oem writesecureflag 3 to S-ON again
Yeah, just make sure you have a stock hboot before doing so. You may want to also lock the bootloader first.

A better question is why would go from s-off to s-on anyway? You might mess up later and wish you still had s-off so you could fix it.

With S-OFF, yes.
If you have an unsigned hboot and then S-On, you'll probably brick your phone.
S-on: you only can flash roms and kernels
S-off: you will also be able to update hboot, and firmware, flash splashscreens and remove red warning text from splashscreen and change radio
You may find this thread useful

You can still flash radios with S-on. Agree with the others, you'll regret going S-on unless you need to return the phone under warranty.

get a stock ROM(insertcoin android revolution, etc.), open up the zip and extract the boot.img from the zip file, put it in your Android SDK folder (probably C:/Android), then boot into bootloader, connect USB and get into fastboot mode, and fastboot flash boot boot.img in a command prompt from your Android SDK folder. Backup with your custom recovery and you MIGHT need to wipe data and reinstall ROM (most probably not). You'll know you need to wipe data if you get a bootloop after flashing the Stock Kernel. Just backup before, that's a great rule of thumb

I myself is fond of the Hasoon All in One toolkit. Yes its a toolkit for which you wont learn much but there is a section on it to "grant S-Off" . I have it and use it but I have read that you can use ADB to S-off but don't know the commands off hand and not sure of the link right now. Try the AOI.
