[Boot animation] Portal, 2 styles.

This is my first boot animation created by yours truly. I don't have time to upload them now as I'm about to leave, but here's what they look like. I've also created a little boot sound clip to go with it. Let me know what you think so far. I'm gonna upload them later tonight or tomorrow. Let me know of the speeds also.
{edit} you can download at the bottom of this post. I know the preview images have different speeds, but both are the same speed in the files. Also, rename them to "bootanimation". As always, push through ADB or a terminal emulator. If the audio works, cool. It might be loud. If you want to remove it, just open the zip and delete the audio file.

It's ready to flash. I'm just not that satisfied with it. I did it pretty quick and it looks rough. It's equipped with boot up portal gun shot and opening portal sounds. Then the infinite loop has the entering/exit sound. Not sure if I wanna upload it.

If you want the audio, take it out of the zip and place it on the root of your sd card. (both the boot and audio need to be on the root of your sd card)

I tried to create a simple bootanimation using particle illusion software.

When already become a *.zip file and installed. it's always had problems with looping in the last frame and always bring a flash of white background at going back to first frame.
iam tried miliion times and had no results and so despert to figure it out.
plz tell me what i done wrongs.
nb : i deliberate attached simple bootanimation.zip just for example. plz install for whose dont get it what i meant.

get rid of Thumbs.db in folders /part0 and /part1

Thanks for your response mendozinas, i already done that. If you check my attached zip file,you will notice that no Thumbs.db in folder/part0 and /part1.
Any other suggestions....?

Just downloaded it and there is still a thumbs.db in both folders. I will delete them and re up to you

Here you go, no more thumbs.db. There are instructions online on how to get rid of off of those on you computer.

Running latest energy ROM, would it be "/system/customize/resource/downanimation.zip"?

Just put it on your sdcard and flash it - thats all you have to do with the zip file.

Hey buddy looking nice, could you tell me how many frames you would suggest and what framerate to use for a downanimation cheers.

Just load your nandroid you hopefully made before
or
reinstall your ROM
or
use the search function, because some original animations are available on xda, I think.

Golden rule always do a back up before you flash anything.

Could be a nice effect with two lines, just an idea.
1st line moves to the right and the 2nd to the left.
The end of the animation shows "Desire HD" in the upper right corner and in the 2nd line on the left side "LeeDrOid HD5".

Ok. This files is only for MIUI system. :/
Instalation on MIUI systems is simple. Change the zip to mtz and install.
But on other systems i dont know how.

my problem is that the names don't show when i use the file browser, it's just dates. time & file size. Name will show when you tap on the file though.

You need to edit xml file.
For everyone who want install the theme on other system than UI need edit every apks and rewrite xml file.

Splash Changer is an application I wrote that uses Heathcliff74's Root Tools SDK to replace the splash image on your phone. This is the image between your OEM logo and the animated Windows Phone splash screen. Usually this is an ugly carrier logo, but on custom ROMs, it'll probably be more branded.
Either way, it's easy to change. Here are the instructions. If there's significant demand for this app, I'll make a more streamlined (easier to use) version of it.
Download the splashchanger.zip file. Do not extract this.
Make some custom splash images. You need a 480x800 image, in Windows BMP format. Paint makes these files, for example.
Open it with a ZIP file utility, such as WinRAR or 7-Zip File Manager.
Add your BMPs into the splashes folder, with the built-in ones.
Deploy the entire splashchanger.zip file. To do this, you may need to type *.zip into the deployment chooser, and press enter. It should appear and be deployable. (XAPs are zip files, in case you didn't know.)

strange, rebooting frequency increased exponentially after I installed this
