EDIT: Added a slightly tidied up version, Its pretty much the same as before but i have adjusted the box that surrounds the weather to be a bit more aligned.

Just unzip it and place the folder on your sdcard/data/beautifulwidgets/scskins folder,

Download a Sense ROM and open the framework-res.apk using WinRAR/7zip

I would think so... what phone do you have? Has it been rooted? The size you stated earlier, I would probably look for a HTC Wildfire rom to pull the images from the framework.

Why not a Hero/Eris/Legend/Aria rom? They're MDPI while the Wildfire is LDPI.

the apk i am using was pulled from a theme zip for the OG evo by iamthebigcheeze, only his apk was used all of the drawables are pulled from the rom zip
the app requires no special permissions, and is simply a clock

Yes it is re-sizable. Only the clock/alarm shortcut function doesn't exist/work (ruining Samsung S3 ROM).
