Hello dear friends,
i recently bought the G1 and i want some applications like skype,a good movie player but i do not know from where to get them.So can someone please obtain a link for me? I would be greatfull I am sry if this isnt the right section for this question but its the first time i'm using this forum so allow me =)

Open "Market" from the phone and you'll find a lot of apps there.

i cant open it..
its locked
how can i unlock it?

i havent even chosen a application..

Is there any program to do this? Urgently need some help!

If you're a T-mobile customer, just call them and they will unlock it for you, or change the ROM on your own.

By changing the ROM it will unlock?

Becuz im not a T-Mobile customer, so I need another method for unlocking this phone and urgently. Plz all help will be grately appreciated!!

there are sites where theyll sim unlock it but ull have to pay...

Any other method?

Thats not really helpful, why dont you just pay for a SIM Locker code

2. The most important Question : Why? It's possible to change the IMEI number, but i don't want to support someone stealing phones.
3. There is no free softwaresolution (yet). you need to pay for an unlockingservice.

both are sticky( always on top) , best to ask there as S plus readers might just visit these thread only and might have better answers for them
But for simlock removal, try google play store for apps that could do the job
