2. flash provided kernel using "fastboot flash boot <kernel name>"

Lol sorry for starting already. But here are a few bugs I have noticed.
1. The status bar dims out in certain apps. Like for example the xda app.
2. The keyboard layout for my particular device is not right. Arabic that is.
3. I got this error in titanium backup.

1. Still i didnt find that statusbar dims problem, Can any others confirm please? anyways ill see that issue..

Do u mean the ash color of status bar?? Did u do a Darvic cache clear??
Also can u tell me about your battery backup?
Yup that's exactly what I mean. And I did do a dalvik cache wipe before install. All wipes that is. Well the battery has been lasting quite a while but i also have been extensively using the device.
The battery timing does look promising. Hard to tell right now. Maybe after one or two cycles.
One more thing? My device is smoother than my Xperia S! LOL..

In case you have not noticed, arc and pro shares a thread, and it has been going on for quite a while now.
They share a forum. The arc and the pro. But if you notice? Words like {PRO} and MK16.. should tell you that this is for the Xperia pro.
After installing this rom, I cannot post using my XDA app. And I cannot do purchases on my play store. Superuser is not working properly too.
So I downloaded playstore 3.5.16 and install over the rom's playstore. Play store then worked properly. Then I used tapatalk instead.
As for Superuser, I uninstalled the one that comes from rom and reinstall from market.
Now rom seems to be wokring well.

After successfully flashed, the launcher was shown but the phone was rebooted right after that. It kept happening again and again. I already tried to wipe all data and re-flash the ROM but it didn't help. Anything wrong with my Wildfire?

Had this Rom for few days now, no major issues or reboots, it feels faster and smoother than cm9 even after I installed all my apps. How can it be faster than cm9 when based on cm9 and has all the same bugs, is that the placebo effect?

Edit: I received a call today but was unable to answer the phone, the lockscreen would not respond and when I finally managed to unlock the phone I then could not answer the call. Eventually I had to pull the battery after 10 mins and the phone still hadn't stopped ringing. I know the call had ended because it said call ended on screen. Unfortunately I dont know if this was a one off or persistent bug as its the only call I've had on this phone since installing the rom.

What just began as a simple random search for the real Xperia Z launcher in Apps and Games sections to try on my Mini, I decided to make a complete morph of Sony Xperia Z. Its based on latest nightly of CM 10.1 by androidarmv6 team. Its already 70% themed to look like Xperia Z, so expect some quick updates for a final version. Remember this is not a simple theme.apk rom. I worked with png's and modded the CM10.1 to have this UI.
So enjoy the ROM and post your review and also any ideas to make this better.
And please tell me if my ROM's concepts are getting old or useless, so that I can stop it. I will try to get better. :good:

I did, let me walk my selfthru:
Wiped data and cache
Flashed it
Wiped data and cache again+ wiped dalwick cache
Reboot
System booted up:good:
After that rebooted to recovery to flash gapps
Reboot after that (by the way even tried to wipe all before and after gapps)
Reboot :good:, after installing apps and stuff, rebooted and did not boot successfully again.
Could it be that it does not ride along amarulz script? Cause I installed that for ext-sd.
May I use apks from your ROM to my phone? I'm using cm10.1 by rohan007(26.1 build)

How long battery performance if u use 2G (phone+sms+sometime with mp3)? and is amrazul script JB_Swap and JB_A2SD suport in this ROM? (first time I try this script it work but I Cant install any .Apk.. I can click install but all .apk result is app not installed = reflash again, 2nd try the result worse --> xperia home, contact, android.process.acore --> has stopped = reflash again) so for this problem any sugestion which script i can use?

You are a prime example of what is wrong with XDA, a user, whos main aim is to put down someones work, yes its based on cm10, and has a xperia Z theme, but its a contribution towards keeping this forum alive, its a new rom, its more of a choice, and thats what I (and many others like)
Please, Federico, why not create your own Rom? let us judge your work?

Sorry, but you ain't right. First, just replacing a couple o'apks in zip won't make you a developer. Second, telling "make your Rom" doesn't make sense - this kind of Rom could be made almost by everyone.
This is what's wrong with XDA. Tons of wannabe-devs, who aren't even trying to learn real development, but only multiply different "supa-dupa-mega-rom"s by processing CM zip with romkitchen or by replacing a launcher. And what's even more sad - tons of oh-cool-such-a-great-rom boys. That makes real devs disappoint and irritates them, so the day will come, when you will be left only by tons of old roms with new launchers or, say replaced SMS apps.
Sorry for going off topic.

I like to try every rom once, doesn't matter whether its a direct rip of another rom, yes, its easy to create a rom by swapping/changing a couple apks, and roms can easily be made by anyone.
But this a development forum, a place where 'would be devs' can share their wares and in time, who knows....they could be the next 'big thing', I would be happy to see 100 'basic with a few apks and launchers changed' roms, than no new roms at all, tons of 'oh-cool-such-a-great-rom-boys'?? this is a forum, the idea being, we tell the devs whether 'oh cool, such a great rom' or highlight problems, and saying the real devs get irritated or disappointed - the devs were beginners once.
Anyway, this post is going waaaaay off topic, so Im going to stop now and I respect you tajimura for airing your views

Works on deodex. However, it seems to make some processes FC.

i guess this apk has having any trouble..
because i decompile and recompile it gives me translation error
i jus wanted to change the navigation softkeys to 48dpi which is stock one in values dimes.xml
would you please do it???
becuase i did it but it gives me translation error no doubt the apk is recompiled but ends with bootloop
hope you can make it with yours framework

Would it be possible for you it will jus.take five minutez to do it jus chage the navigation height to 48 and navigation width to 42 in values>dimes.xml save it and recompile it

The details are surprisingly complicated.
XDA.AGM：for text edits , when i ported in Xperia P , the fix is remove two png´s in drawable/Xhdpi/ or XXhdpi/ who are in conflicts with new .xml files related to textEdit of course
for checkbox animations is more dificult .... needs some modification in framework.jar . hope this help

wow this one works with 48dpi booted...right now everythng working great and i know translations its not an issue but previously the framework was nt booting up but the new framework which you gave booted up working great:laugh::victory:

The issue with not booting in Arc because of insufficient system partition. Arc users have to flash Arc S official 587 ftf to get extended system partition and Rom will boot normally

Installed the Rom on my Arc S, really very beautifully themed and speedy but there is very much lag while scrolling in settings and when the notification bar is expanded to full screen, then on seeing carefully, the notification toggles are translucent and I noticed something behind them, God knows what! I fixed both my problems by replacing files but I just informed it to you.

I just downloaded files, the new Xperia Z2 battery icon status bar by xda member TheAwesomeSL and Z1 settings port by xda developer Sahaab.
You can use their mods with their permissions.
Just a tip, why do you have two parts? If you have a framework in the 2nd part with not booting issue with fresh installation, sign the framework with apktool or sign apk and it will boot in the 1st run :good:

I tried another way to set pics as contact pics by usiing ablum app and then set as contact , but it does not work :crying:.

well for play version you need to remove seeder if you want to make one
i ported a version of this rom to play (not a stable one. just for test purpose ) and i saw that its one of the best roms that i have ever used
ram management was awesome and theme manager was great
