Hay mate for arabic and urdu the rom i found yet is Amestris rom he has bulletin support for these language and the message seems normal no breaking

Recomend software

Anyone can recomend me a new software (how to update to 4 version) and more good versions than the 2.3.4.. I'm tired of this version.

If you are tired of 2.3.4 then try 2.3.6 or any Custom Rom (CM7/Emanon etc)
We don't have any official ICS release for galaxy mini but there are various CM9 based roms which give ICS interface but they are too laggy for Daily use .....If u wish to try you can do so you will get the Imstructions in Cm9 dev. post ....
FROM NEXT TIME BEFORE CREATING A NEW THREAD TRY USING SEARCH BAR OR GOOGLE IT

I have heard that some developers have founded some xmls or some other files which are helpful to make official ICS for SGM and maybe released soon. Is it true?

Yes, that is true. All you need to do is to change one line in "get_brain_ics.xml" and viola! We have official ics on mini!

[Q] whats the more stable rom for s3 mini?

hello,
i just bought a s3 mini and i was wondering what is the best firmware to use with this phone.
i hate the samsung preinstalled rom
i saw around on google that there are: cyanogenmod, dmodrom, benzrom, xxama4
but i dont understand what is the difference, and if are stable or have some critical bugs.

Most stable is stock rom, but all roms are edited stock room,cyanogen is more liked for me
