[Q] Manage internal storage partitions and mount

Hi there.
Is there any way to use all of the internal 8GB as a single partition, so it will be all recognized as "internal memory", and then mount my 32GB microSDHC card as /sdcard?
Right now i have:
External microSDHC Card mounted as /mnt/sdcard/external_sd
"USB Storage", which is a 6GB partition of the internal 8GB, mounted as /sdcard
"Device memory", which is a 2GB partition of the internal 8GB
What i want is:
"Device memory", with the whole internal 8GB
External microSDHC Card mounted as /mnt/sdcard
Is this possible?
I've been searching for this the whole week and couldn't find anything about it, only got some tips that Cyanogen Mod can partition the internal storage or something.
I'm currently using the stock 2.3.3 ROM and Semaphore Kernel.
Thanks in advance.
Nobody knows how can i do it?
(aka bump)

Anyone knows at least if it is possible to do with Cyanogen? Or any other custom rom?
Thanks.

Hello !
I have searching in the forum but i haven't found nothing
I have a external sd 8gb that "domination p-990 80 (my rom)" auto mount in /mnt/extasec and internal in /mnt/sdcard.

i check in settings change the "Internal memory for apps and media in storage settings
Can you help me?
Thanks and greetings

[Q] How can i permantently unmount my internal memory

Hallo all,
i have a little question. I deletet my "normal" data partition and sized my Data partition for the Apps up to the free space. Like in this Thread, but without having a Data/Swap Partition.
Than i switched my "internal Memory" and my external SD Card sothat the Galaxy Note things the SD Card is the internal card. Now look my fstab so:
Code:
# internal sdcard
{
ums_sys_path = /sys/class/android_usb/f_mass_storage/lun0/file
secure_format = enable
discard = enable
supported_exfat = disable
}
dev_mount sdcard /storage/sdcard0 auto /devices/platform/s3c-sdhci.2/mmc_host/mmc1
# external sdcard
{
ums_sys_path = /sys/class/android_usb/f_mass_storage/lun1/file
android_secure_containers = enable
}
dev_mount sdcard1 /storage/extSdCard 11 /devices/platform/dw_mmc/mmc_host/mmc0/mmc0 encryptable_nonremovable
This is working perfectly, with only one issue. I doesnt have a real internal Data partition and because i switched that i doesnt have a sd card. But the phone always says that the SD Card is corrupted.
How can i unmount the SD Card? I tried to delet the "external sdcard" lines. But than my phone doesnt boot. Does anyone have a solution?
Thank you for your work!
PS: I'm sorry for my bad englisch.
Have anyone an idea?

CanĀ“t move apps to SD (internal or external) after flash FXP204. Help

Hello guys
I have flashed my Xperia T (rooted and unlocked boot) with FXP204 but now I can't move apps to SD (internal or external) which I usually moved them with the stock rom.
I have tried:
Menu>settings>manage applications, but "Move to SD" option doesn't appear in this menu.
Android Assistant doesn't show any movable apps.
link2SD i get an error about insufficient memory but internal memory is free 10GB and external SD i got another 10GB free also it say "mmcblk1p2 not found".
app2SD says something like "internal memory is not real or it is emulated".
From recovery mode I formated sdcard and no change at all.
Also I tried some changes on /system/etc/vold.fstab and restart it but it was unsuccessfully
I would like to move some apps to SD.
Please help.
thanks
Remove your external sdcard and on PC try partitioning your external sdcard with ext2(for link2sd) and the rest fat32.
