how to flashing a rom on l-07c(optimus bright)

hello there anyone
i want know how to flashing a rom on the l-07c( japanese version of optimus black)
is it possible? if it is ,so please help me with flashing guide .
i also want to know if i can flash it with optimus black roms?
did someone tryed flashing a rom on this phone?
now it have the original( ntt docomo) optimus bright rom.
any information about flashing different rom

p-1000 which rom

Hi guys,
im not new to rooting and upgrating custom roms.. ( good old hd2 user ... But im little outdated with current roms and stuff. Can you tell me which one is best (link maybe ? ) for samsung p 1000. Which one works best and fastest.
i have stock 16 gb model ,2.3.3, with wifi and 3g. i unlocked it for all cariers.

Hello, recently i get i9305 with instaled 4.4.4 (its my first samsung, had always xperia^^) Can u recommend me best rom for our smartphones? Rom must have polish language. Please help me havnt time to install all roms and check them.

AMCHA ROM KK is pretty stable or NamelessROM if you want lollipop.
