Well our low end phones might not be soo effective..afaik its placebo coz we don't hav a gud display nd processor..

first...everyone is free to repost, modify all my work in XDA. I'm not taking credits to any of them.
second...this mod original name is megabassbeat created by dehumanized. I have asked him to port it to galaxy y and modify some part of it. you can find my thread here. it contain the the link for the files and more details like how it works and how to modify it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1646406 OP doesn't do anything except rename the filename then claim this mod as his work. everything inside it is exactly same with mine.
well...as I've said, everyone is free to modify my work. they don't need my permission if they want to modify it. I don't care if he doesn't mention my name or put the original link in their post after they modify it. nevertheless, in this case OP is basicly steal my work then claim it as his work. I'm afraid it is his second attempt to steal someone's work and he has warned before.

Nope this contain no apk files it make change to system such as build.prop and init.d

are you sure?(lol)
this mod contain two apk, dsp manager and audioeffectservice.apk. the dsp will show up if you install this mod correctly. stock recovery won't work. you should install it via custom recovery like CWM. you don't need check into init.d folder since it doesn't install anything there.
I flashed this mod through squadzone recovery on my mini(cm7.2 official) but I didn't found it useful because my rom already had dsp manager in it but the second apk wasn't installed.So I want to undo this plz help....because I m facing some issues after flashing this mod.....

This CWM script will reodex any custom ROM.
With BOOTCLASSPATH edit in dexo.sh it can work on any ROM and phone.
Reodexing gives some people perceivable speed up. And it frees data partition from system dalvik cache. So dalvik-cache rebuild is also accelerated.
I ran it with stock kernel (root injected). And had problems with running it on any custom kernel.

1) No... this was answered in the OP.
2) I'll resist a sarcastic answer... and say "Yes, you should find a bunch of '*.odex' files in your /system/app/ folder.

I tought that there is just typo in op, that's why i ask, but ok it's not work with custom kernels and that must be reason why i don't have any odex files in /system/app after i flashed this.

Only in fact about boot time (dalvik-cache related)... Nothing more... Google-it (with the right sites ) it does noting in overall 'speed up", "perf", etc... or anything else...
And yes I've tested odexed a custom rom, maybe you know "ODEX ME", bah... nothing more in term of perf in bench nor in overall UI...
And for re-deodexed... ?
And for theming? If I'm rigth all the themes and mods are for deodexed roms, or at least at 99% in the theme & apps section, so... Maybe people will complain...
In any case for those we want to test NANDROID BACK UP FIRST ->That would have been the first thing to say in the OP

But before "be faster"... doing a Nandroid backup, in case of something goes wrong ,here, you'll be faster to recover everything as before
upon further review, i see that you did change some things, mainly removing the original header (which is absolutely lame) and made it work with CWM. Also, you set a static BOOTCLASSPATH - which defeats the purpose of this script!!
So all in all....is this mod worth flashing??

I am a fan of odex (and devs that take the time to theme a ROM and odex it) and I know tommy tomatoe is a legend from my dev friends. I have a few questions here...is the zip down and would the idea be to have a custom ROM and set it how you want it, then put stock kernel back and re odex? I can odex apks myself (and Odex Me app does that but I really want to learn about the jars and mainly the bootclasspath...I am getting so close. I would donate to someone willing to teach me..and I am not talking $10 either. If anyone is interested, please PM me

i don't think you can read correctly..APPS are not the only features..there are DISPLAY and PERFORMANCE realted features as well like Xperia S Non-Transparent theme, with optional transparent one

Hi adityalahiri13, Thanks for your reply and instructions. In system/app folder I see now email.apk with the same permissions like all the other apps, but when I reboot I do not see email app in the app list in the launcher. Do you have another thought what might be wrong or what I have forgotten?? THis Rom is really fast and have great battery life for me, so I hope you or someone else can help me with the email.apk, because I need agenda and e-mail from Outlook exchange from my work.

I like to try but I don't have the ace L anymore but anyways I will like to update my eXperiaMe for ace L and
Have a tester cause I already have it and upload it but I don't know what's working and what's not and someone can port this ROM and about that acerom aleeexxhh too doesnt have the device anymore.

Try manually pushing the file in systemui and set permission. That is what i did with mine.

Do you install super user mod for XV before?
Cause, that rom is pure stock, don't have Honami framework and super user mod preinstalled.

I think you can't just flash it on your current rom. Cause you've custom rom, so you must edited by yourself. Try read that thread first.

Im using deodex rom by ibane, need to do something else.
Btw yesterday i installed new Home based kikat and i lost my home. Do u know why?
I just port this rom to galaxy mini Gt-S5570. And thanks for appretiation for my base grup facebook coz this rom has download 1.000++ total dowloader.

U may found a blackscreen on statusbar, but dont worry, to fix it.
Open terminal emulator.and than close..
DONE JUST DO IT..!!!
Some user found a problem with wifi tether, if u also like that. Use 3rd app to hotspot wifi tethering
-Bug:
dark shadow at statusbar if used tablet tweak (after reboot) if u think this is a big problem for you... You can change my SystemUI with yours.

@Denz Juand I have a better gradient statusbar..More trasparent than that..like the AOSP 4.4 If you wanna test, I'll upload it

yes, i used Ubuntu font. Here, i made you flashable packages.
http://www.mediafire.com/?4918rlqve7g3ldx this is the regular ubuntu font, which i used
http://www.mediafire.com/?c4xe5ua4cz0nbcc this is the same ubuntu font, but lighter
Works on any cm7.2 rom. Mount /system in recovery before flashing.
