How do u restore a system app that shows up in titanium backup but won't restore?

thats why i hate TB,
i would flash the rom again (if the app related to the rom) or reinstall the app itself without using the restore feature that implanted at TB.

NO don't do a full wipe. The OP just asked how to delete his contacts.
A full wipe will delete apps, messages, settings, bookmarks etc.

Backup app drawer

I want to do a completely clean install for my One with the newest ARHD, including a format if my sd. I don't mind redoing system settings like ring tones, alarms, etc. However, having to reorganize the app drawer again is going to be a serious pain. Can I back up just that system setting somehow?

unless you restore your data via nandroid backup, you could

You can't, you have to reorganize your drawer after a full wipe.
What with titanium? Is there anyway to just backup that particular system setting?
