Is there any rom that allows the vivid to bill to my att account or a alternate version of the market I can use? Thanks

I thought you could always bill your at&t account for purchases in the app store. I can purchase stuff that way 0.0

I don't get the option on this phone. I did on my atrix.... Used it often. Anyone have an idea before I return the phone?

No offense or anything but a little research and you would see that the radios are completely incompatible for starters sprint and Verizon or CDMA based where as at&t and the rest of the post paid carriers are gsm based.

Actually the s4 has capability to run off gsm networks just not in the states only outside due to sprints locked the phone down. The iphone 5 from sprint had to use a rsim to allow it to be used in the states

I got ripped off on Craigslist too! lol I bought a Galaxy Nexus that should've been able to be activated only to find out that I couldn't because she didn't pay her Sprint bill. She never got back to me, so I put up an ad with a free Samsung HD TV and put her number on it

This is why everyone should always meet at a carrier store or call the carrier to make sure activation can happen when purchasing a used device. Good lesson for others to learn from if not familiar with dealing on CL. Hopefully she is getting back a little of what she deserves for swindling.

I've seen worse. But yes some people scamming or just plain stupid. Irks me.

No one will ever learn...there are zillion threads with these stories and we still get morons still doin it. Sheeez

To most people they think that they will go get a straight talk sim and it will work. This idiot puts up a fancy add that will help sell the phone. The way I look at it is that if there is not a full guide or documentation on xda its not possible! The question is are you ready for that "earlie" upgrade? lol!!

Where did you guys buy your note 3? Looking for the cheapest place to buy. All the prices look ~$750. What did the note 2 start as and how long did it take for it to go down? Maybe T-Mobile? I'm on at&t so would lte work?

Try Negrielectronics.com They have cheaper prices.

Negri has tmobile note 3 unlocked for 689$ and no tax. It works both on tmo and att. I think for now it's a good deal.

Short answer yes! It works perfectly on att lte. There are couple of threads discussing this under General section.
