[THEME][LG UI 3.0] v1.0 RELEASED! New Music.apk too

GOOD NEWS:
LG UI 3.0 THEME for Optimus Black v1.0 released!
THANKS TO andrewbadge for editing the XML's and making this theme work!! Go thank him!!
!Atention! Based on Zeus v6.3 Try mms, contacts and settings on other roms, but use flashable file at your own risk (Framework and SystemUI changes). If you're successful on flashing the theme on other roms please tell me so I can make a compatible list for the theme.
Mms.apk, Contacts.apk and Settings.apk are in seperate files for easy update for future changes (zip non flashable):
(To install: Place apk in system/app; change permissions to rw-r-r- and reboot - Remember always backup your original apk's in case something goes wrong.)

Here's the THEME: Flashable zip below
[I'm using Holo Launcher with some tweaks. Now available for download!] check attachments. To install place apk in system/app; change permissions to rw-r-r- and reboot.
The widget Im using here is UCCW with a custom skin made by mes215. Check it here UCCW LGWeather2 Skin
Please post any bugs, or changes you think would make this theme more like LG UI 3.0

Reboot on Long press to kill app (can be disabled, while we work on a solution) EDIT: check post #109 page 11 - possible solution. Just didnt had the time to check it.

Thanks! Here they are, lge-res.apk is part of the framework. This is from the Optimus L7, its the same LG UI 3.0 and it has the same resolution so its easier to port.

For now I advise to use only MMS and Contacts. Framework and systemUI are still with some bugs.
The background on settings should stay white, the original LGUI3.0 its white.

Im not that into programming.. but I guess you can try mms and contacts, it should work.
For the framework I will have to investigate that.

I ve made this new thread as some people with XXLF3 ROM getting force close errors using dehackers flashable ics looks.zip ................
this also happens with me ..............
so i decided to modify his work for XXLF3 users........
i extracted the framework from zip and modifies my own framework which is now working fine............

Try using dehackers v1.01 flashable zip its the ICS theme and works for almost every base :good:

Are you sure you are using XXLF3 ?

The ICS Locker is working with Go Locker or Standalone

Hi OP! This theme is very useful and looks really good! Can you also make a modded version of the LGMms3.apk from the LG Optimus G so it can insert emojis? I think it's also a great looking mms app that just lacks emoji support (including the ones from iOS6).

The red is getting on my nerves
And is it possible to release a stand alone mms API with feel bubbles because I would like the bubbles on another theme
Icons are a bit blurry but that is because I used an HDPI device

Optimus One P500h with CM10.1 port Android 4.2.2 working fine as well! Just some things like power menu, battery icon, etc. don't have theme elements so they use stock icon.

Try extracting the zip and move systemui.apk into /system/app

I meant as /system/app not /preload/symlink/system/app . I know how symlinking works ..

I guess systemui.apk might work in system/app destination if the systemui.apk is deleted in preload/symlink/system/app

http://d-h.st/UoV < Try this. It should delete SystemUI.apk in both /system/app and /preload/symlink/system/app then extract to /preload/symlink/system/app and symlink the file to /system/app. tell me if it works, i just tested this in stock recovery and it works

Bro it is not a flashable zip, just extract the apk and install it like any normal apk

This is my s4
launcher i have modded it to look
like kitkat i only released because it
has some speacial feature like kitkat
folder style , semi transparent app
bar , no lag while swithing to home
screen to app baar and many more .
and because it is themed like kitkat
it will look similar to any launcher
that is themed like kitkat.
