Kaiser resumes from standby itself

I have a very annoying problem. When I press the power button, it goes to standby, but after a few seconds it lights up again as if i pressed the power button again I flashed the same ROM, the problem dissapeared for several weeks, so I think that the hardware is OK (no buttons stuck). Today it happened again. I did a soft reset but it didn't help Anyone has an idea about that?
PS When I leave it to go standby itself, it does and doesn't wake up itself

[Q] Power off completly ??

I can not seem to get my NC to power off completly. I have tried holding the power button for 15 seconds and I have tried holding the power button then hitting the power off completly soft button that appear's.
The screen turns off ... but when I go back later to turn on my NC it was only in sleep mode.
Any thoughts ?
Holding just the power button and the home button until it powers down works for me to fully power down. Sometimes I need to hold both again to turn back on.
Could it be that the Nook is powering on by itself after a power down? I've run into this a couple times so far. As well, for the longest time my 2.1 Milestone had this problem. I would do a full power down, and some time after the phone would boot up by itself. This was later addressed in a small update to the 2.1 that I'm running on the phone.

Mmmmm well this situation would suck. Not sure how to fix this then. It does seem like it is powering down and rebooting itself a bit later .. ?
I only have to hold the power button for two or three seconds, then the power off dialog box appears.

[Q] Anyone know how to fix this?

Dropped my Moto X from waist height onto soft carpeting.
It was on when I dropped it but when I picked it up the screen is blank and won't come on.
Tried pressing the power button and also holding it down at times for up to 10-15 seconds.
Tried holding power and vol down varying lengths from 3 to 15 seconds at a time.
All it does is a single one second long vibrate every 15 seconds or so.
Plugging it in does nothing (it was nearly fully charged, anyway).
Anyone have any advice on what to try next?
Really want to save data if possible..
(It is a 1st gen, Dev Ed with TWRP, root, entitlement bypass but no framework or Xposed, etc., in case it matters.)
Thanks.
Okay now I tried holding power + vol down and it stopped the vibrating every 15 seconds, but when I tried holding power again for 3-5 seconds (like I normally would to power it on) the vibrating every 15 seconds loop starts all over again.
Did power + vol down again to stop the vibrating every 15 seconds loop, but when I try power + vol down after the loop has stopped to try to boot into recovery options, nothing happens.

Try to hold power + vol up + vol down for 2 minutes. Your phone will restart in recovery mode.
Sorry for my english.

Hi all,
This morning i check if my bootloader was unlocked, because i wan't to give it a try to root it.
I found out it was unlocked (holding down volume and press the power button)
After that, i rebooted my phone and everything worked normal.
Until a couple of hours later, my screen didn't wake up when i pushed the power button.
The homebutton and the backbutton where flickering (going on and off)
So, i waited for a couple of minutes, but nothing changed.
After (i think) 10 minutes, i hold the power button for a couple of seconds and the flickering buttons stopped.
Since then my phone doesn't repsond anymore. I tried the powerbutton for a while, and with the combination of holding the vol. up and down.
So far nothing helped.
Does anyone know what's wrong, and what i can do to wake my phone from its coma?
Thanks in advance!
Enjoy your weekend. Ben
Did you press the power button for a few second before the soft keys started going on and off? Does your phone show a green battery animation when you connect it to a charger?
If the soft keys started flashing on their own, and if your phone doesn't show any signs of life even when you attempt to charge it, I'm afraid this is a hardware problem which no one can fix online.
let's wait and see what more experienced members have to say.

Error recovery / brick in Central Multimidia Android MTCB MX RK3188 1024x600 - WITSON

Hello everybody,
I need your help to recover the headunit Yesterday I tried to update an android ROM 5.1 rk3188 with the MCU MTCB_MX_2.82 but at the time of the update, after the installation of the files, the control panel restarted and the screen went black and did not want to connect anymore. I waited about 35 minutes with the car on to wait for the central to boot, but nothing happened.
After that I tried several times to enter the recovery mode, but I can not do it at all.
I tried: Press the power button, turn on the power, wait 4 seconds, release the button and quickly turn off the power button. Did not work.
I tried: Press the power button for 15 seconds to restart, I released the power button, after the lights blinked, I pressed the power button for 3 seconds and released. Did not work.
I tried: Press the power button and reset button for 15 seconds to restart. Did not work
Now when I turn on the car, the headuit turns on the button lights but the screen does not turn on and I can not enter the recovery mode. What can I do to solve ????
up
Try holding the back button until the lights start flashing, right after the 4th and final flash let go then quickly press and release the button again
Hope it works Good Luck !
