I like the rom too, the only thing that has always bothered me about it has been the "bubble icons", I wish some dev's would include a patch or an option to disable the look.

Ok just tested this Rom and have to say its much smoother then the Sensation Sense 3
I have left a message on MDJ's original DHD thread requesting him to release this Rom for Vivo as well
Now lets come to the problems in this Rom.
WiFi not working out of the box. I was getting error while starting the WiFi so I installed MDJ's V2 Kernel and that started the WiFi, it finds the networks and lets you select your network but just stay at obtaining IP address and never past that point.
Tried re-flashing it a couple of times but no use
Cellular network is not stable either and it just loose signal completely after every couple of mins
It supports EXT3 file system only and if you have EXT4 on your system the Rom installation will convert it to EXT3 and later converting it to EXT4 will not boot your phone and you'll either have to convert it back to EXT3 or reflash
Apart from these the Rom looks very promising and I would love to use it as my regular Rom once MDJ releases it here

so anyway, i got this running on my IncS, by combing both the roms, IncS 2.30.405.1 boot image, error on wifi, swapped out wifi module in /system/lib/modules with one from IncS 2.30.405.1, now wifi gets stuck on obtaining ip address. Ill need permision from virtuous team to post...
and no backlights

Just installed Beta2 and its too buggy to be used.
Getting FC on almost everything.
Will wait for this to be release officially for Vivo to try again.
Just flashed it, I was shocked at how good it was. Yeah, I got a couple of FCs here and there and WiFi didn't work, but for a beta 2, it's pretty nice!

anyone knows where i can find guide how i can help with development? for instance what kinda log should i be sending to the ROM guy? any apps i should you or if one is already build in?

I have a really funny problem now.... I was on MIUI v5 and then after a while, the bootanimation just stopped showing up. I thought this was a ROM related issue and didnt bother to fix it cuz i was going to Project_X_ Rebirth v2.5 very soon. However, when I switched ROMs, i still had no bootanimation, like nothing, not even the flashing android one thats normally there if you dont have permissions set as rw-r-r.
Does anyone know what appears to be the problem and how to fix??
I am NOT willing to reflash the ROM because I already did this and still nothing.
EDIT: NEVERMIND I GOT IT FIXED. IT WAS A PROBLEM RELATING TO THE ACTUAL BOOTANIMATION ITSELF LOL

I am brand new here,as after 3 years of owning a X8 i decided to jump to other ROM,because i was bored of the simple design of his menu and i was so frustrated to stay back with android market when my friends had messenger for facebook e.g.,i had to refresh again and again my opera..and much more apps and games i would like to play.So,i decided to start searching for new ROMs,and i found MIUI,but i wasnt able to find a stable version to dl for my phone.Then i found JB Mini Project,I succeeded on installing it on X8 but there is one thing that wont work in every version of JB i have tried!THE WI-FI!It is really frustrating for me!I am so begginner to those things,but i understand that its not only me that will have this problem and that developers might be working on it right now(I am 3D designer and i know about beta versions of things,even I have to release again and again my creation because of a bug),but i really hope someone had this problem too and found a fix on it..I tried a fix i found in forums with Titanium Backup,but nothing...
Anyone knows anything..just help me out with this.:crying:

What wifi problem do you have? Unable to detect Adhoc connection?
Have You tried this Kernel + Rom ? (All JB rom is unable to scan adhoc wifi. Except if you make changes to the source and compile it yourself)
If you want to surf the internet but with not using wifi and using a cable, This is a Post for you.

Ok the problem is that i try to turn it on but it wont,the toggle bar just moves to be enabled,but it never gets enabled!It just goes back to off possition..With a few words,i cant enable Wi-Fi..So..as i said my friend,i am newbie here,so please try to explain me what i should do with those rom and kernel you send..should i go back to stock rom,reflash this kernel and install this rom?Is this the JB mini project too or something similar and stable without bugs?

Maybe the rom + kernel combination is wrong or the rom is just being buggy.
I just personally liked nAa's work because he release a stable version of every product.
If you want to change into the recommended rom that I just told you;
1. Flash the latest kernel (06)
2. Follow instruction on the kernel post. (/system wipe at recovery before flashing a rom & etc)
3. Flash the rom. Followed by the GAPPS
4. As it said, this is my recommendation steps. I do not guarantee your satisfactory

Replied. It because I forgot to mention that 06 has a little bit changes that will make normal jb rom that is not released pior to the kernel release data will not boot

hey i had same problem with jbmp when i used jbmp kernel but when i flashed with nAa jb 05 kernel it worked fine..
Hi everyone .. i owned the one mini 2 since 4 days now .. im workin on a possibility to make a stock rom with my personnal twrp backup.
Im about to try unpack the tar files.
I got some basic knowledges on developping.

i think some optimisation is needed beceause some app was not deodexed i don't know why but i face some error on deodexed process.

From the looks of the comments in the thread, there are few problems when sideloading and running it. So I for one would not try it since I do not want to risk it
I noticed by myself that the rom got some issues on some application keep crashing. Maybe related by the deodexed process.. i will try rebuild it

I installed this rom yday by the time i got home from work my battery was totally dead. I plugged it in to charge then 5 secs after the 'battery charging' showed up my phone boots into TWRP recovery n the touch screen becomes unresponsive.. Any way of getting my phone back on to work?
press the volume up and the power up button simultaneously for 10sec. disconnect the charger before you reboot your system if you have TWRP installed.

Factor reset
Flash the zip you downloaded
I can port another 4.4.2 rom from m8 or even m7 . But i don't think its very necessary
