how to add/remove picture after sony ericsson logo???
like GingerDX there android with orange colour and Ginger DX tittle below the Android before boot animation...
hope anyone can tell me...

i think ur referring to bootanimation which cums after the white sonyericsson logo,u can add/remove by going to root explorer and goto system/media folder

OMG dude! comes*
But I think the OP is referring to the splash screen which is after Sony Ericsson logo and before bootanimation. That is embeded into the ROM. I don't think you can change that, I'm not sure though. But you can change the boot animation as kirmada said.

hmmm I broke the gif down and it appears to be about 135 frames. If I remember correctly that may be to large for a boot animation. I will give it a shot and see if I can get it to work though.

[Q] How to change the 'Splash Screen'

ok im not referring to the bootanimation, that one was pretty straightforward.. im referring to the lg spash screen just before the bootanimation starts.... how do i change that or where in the phone's directory can i find that file to delete or edit?

You need to flash metamorphs in order to change the lockscreen animation...

Yeah but it's not simple..
It's in the ramdisk.. Search again!
And you should change the title of your post to something sensible like "Changing Boot Animation".

I changed bootanimation before, to realize how it's working.
but it's in ramdisk.tar..
