(Q) cyanagenmod=how to make a working video call

just want to ask some help and some ideas.......
last time im using cm rom but i cant do any video call on it.
on skype can make calls but on video its black(no one can see me)
now, is there anything that i need to adjust or change any settings so i can do video call on skype or any other apps?

The free Apps I found either didnt work or only recorded my own voice..

hi im a new mi5 user.. i use samsung before and i could make native video call with it on my gsm operotor without data connection.. but i learned miui doesn support this future..so is there a rom support native video call.???*

Global ROM call recording

Hello everyone,
Do any of the official ROMs have call recording? I would like to use this option s call recording is legal in my European country. Could I just Flash the other official ROM that has call recording and the original miui dailer?
I have been googling but I have not really found a good answer yet so I'm hoping you could.
