and any known issues??
(really sorry to post it here, but i don't have the privileges to post in development section :-( )
--edit--

[PORTS]Multiple Ports For ICS Roms

I will be porting up several of your favorite themes for the latest stock ICS rom. I will be doing this on a deodexed version of the rom so the first thing I need to post is a patch to deodex the rom that Starche has posted for us. This can be found here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1446469
Just flash this in recovery and it does not require you to wipe your data. If anything FC on first boot, please use Rom Explorer or the likes to check your system/app and system/framework folders and delete any .odex files and reboot. Please make note of any I missed so I can update the updater.script.

Reserved for change logs and any other themes I port up to this rom.
Awesome work here. Would you also post a link to the Starche Rom in the main post to further help users? Thank you

Would it be possible for these ports to work with the Team EOS ICS ROM's?
Just curious, I don't understand much about how the process works so please don't hesitate to let me know if that's a stupid question lol

Not a dumb question at all...I will also be working with a tool team eos is developing that will port these for nighties as well. So They WILL be for the EOS roms as well...as soon as I get a handle on the ICS framework.
Awesome! Thanks for the reply...definitely excited to see what you guys come up with
Keep up the good work!

Hopeless thread. First of all in the wrong section, next the categories are outright meaningless. I think these kind of thread should contain the list of all ROMS, there pros and cons so that the user can judge for himself.

[Q] Question Re: [ROM/MOD] 4.1.1~Jellybean~AoCP CP3~The Collective

I'm running this ROM on my Captivate and love it. I need to get my post count up before I can post in the development section, but that's not what this post is about.
I was running Cyanogen 10 on the cappy, and loved that. But I also want to share the love and I've had AoCP CP3~The Collective installed for a while and think it's a keeper. When I was running CM10, I would go out about once a week to the nightlies site and download the newest ROM and test that. Where do I go to find the most up-to-date version of AoCP CP3~The Collective?
Thanks in advance for helping me out, and to the developers who spend their time on keeping this old device "recent". :good:

The main page of their thread should get you what you need. A lot of the Rom's I've seen don't do nightlies that are available to everyone. They usually only release updates as they add features and the Rom is mostly bug free and usable.
Thanks, I was wondering if they were doing that. I just got a little suspicious when the file date hadn't changed for a while. Now that I know, I'll just keep downloading the file to see if the date changes.
Thanks again for the assistance!

You don't have to keep downloading the file just keep an eye on the thread posts and the op. We will update the op when new builds are released.
Also be on the lookout for a q&a so peeps with 10 posts or less can ask questions in there.
Every since I downloaded the first CM10 my Captivate has the cmupdater in the system settings under phone. All I have to do is click on "check new versions", and it has shown me the latest nightlies nearly every 24 hours. Otherwise I use Rom Manager from the play store. So far so good with the CM10. I'm loving it! Now just have to keep upgrading apps such as Google just did with their search engine because the Mod is ahead of the app builders. Thanks soooo much to the Cyanogen Team for such reliable builds!!!

new rom based off cm9 nightlies

all credit goes to the original creator of the rom. i only added some apps and tweaked a few things about it.
based off cm9 nightlies this rom is great for the android enthusiast and apple hater... i wont spoil it you have to find out for yourself
https://www.dropbox.com/s/9jhjlaqmldl7nce/HP ROM 3.zip
I'm not too likely to flash a rom that "have to find out for myself". What makes it different than the CM9 nightlies?
Sent from my tenderloin using Tapatalk 2
I juss flashed and honestly I don't see anything new other than a few apps
so, this "rom" is just a mod?
Please samuelrp1998, if it's not too much hassle, can you provide a changelog or what did you change in order to know what benefit does have this mod/rom over others?
Thanks in advance
sounds more like a MOD than a ROM

LiquidSmooth 3.0 nightly available

Hey Liquid fans...
I've been stalking the teamliquid page and saw a nightly available for grouper.
Use the link off of the xda development page, not the official teamliquid site...for some reason, the grouper nightly isn't there. I can't post links yet...
Mods, I know this should be in the development page, but I'm a noob and can't post there quite yet. My apologies for doing so here, I just had to tell someone!
Hope teamliquid makes 3.0 for the toro!
