As soon as the RUU is available, I will produce a stock, rooted version with the usual basic bells (busybox e.t.c) for those that want it (remember it will be Sense 3.6 not Sense 4.0). Once that is up, I am sure others will already be working on it, but I will also attempt to produce a fully working Sense 4.0 ROM
EDIT: The offical ROM is Sense 3.5, not Sense 3.6

When official sensation ICS came, virtuous team made a stripped down aosp ICS look rom from sense rom.. I think its named Virtuous Inquisition.. I wish someone can make a rom for our device when official ICS is out..

MietasSR (From android.com.pl) has ported the 2.2 from the HTC Legend but it is in alpha stages. This is in VERY EARLY STAGES so don't expect it to be smooth or stable.

Yeah my uncle needed a new phone so I sold him my Wildfire because I prefered the GT540's screen (I prefer resistive screens) and it had better resolution lol

Its almost impossible to fake a screenshots, even them you take with adb are hard to, i think its real and i hope for the alpha release.

ROM actually working ok, using libs from OpenSwift I got 3D acceleration. Sense works very good I actually working on WiFi, sound and GSM.
I upload version with 3D later, due to my slow upload it will take about 1h.

Those "I can't root now" threads are going to be a plenty, that's for sure >.>
The reason I had to say it: My gf got a HTC Desire, so I was in those forums right around when HTC put 2.3 up on their Developer site. There was at least a whole page of "I flashed 2.3 but I can't root...WTF?!" threads there. I had to laugh, as it felt like that DInc forums when that 2.2 OTA update (to 2.2.1 I think?) came out and blocked root. It was like the end of the world came.
... And the incredible has a breath of fresh air...

The update will remove root but you still should be able to push a custom recovery back to the phone with adb as the update shouldn't be able to re-lock the bootloader. Unrevoked 3.21 included the unrevoked forever tool. Unless there is a newer hboot version included with the update then I'm not sure what will happen.

Trinity 4.5 is slower and takes a lot more memory than CM72.
Still, I always keep a Nandroid of that rom on my phone. Sense 3.5 is not that bad (the lock screen with the weather and the apps selection are pretty cool).
I would like to say this that im never in a race of stuff , i better do things at my pace so il give you what you guys actually want .. +

Due to permissions on using some things, rom is going to be postponed a few days as i am working on porting a stock One V RUU to base this rom on. sorry guys
EDIT - have succesfully ported the latest One V RUU and it does boot! just fixing camera backlights and quicksettings. then will install the theme and bring v1 for you guys !
EDIT 2 I am away for the weekend but once i get home sunday i will hopefully get everything done and have v1 out by monday or tuesday!

I really want to ask you here , if you use my rom as the base where almost everything will be working .. you are just going to add a theme and release a new rom ?? Basically i gave an idea to Fallen to make a theme even shared which theme to make and then what i get is my rom will be released as new fresh rom with the new themed files .. if you wish to use my rom as a base what plans have you got for it , i mean what is not working that you are going to fix ??

when i ment as a base. just wanted to use some stuff from it what i was going to do was get rid of tweaks, and everything you added including your camera fix and work on it like a stock sense 4 rom. but now im porting one v rom as i like a challenge

" for your skin to work properly its already working on a desire hd rom so go ahead and port that rom and the guide for porting you will have in the desire s section written by proxuser " .. That's a kernel thing. It has to be compiled along with the Kernel afaik

I have no idea what world you are living in, but in this world, all devices not part of nexus line, haven't received 4.3. Even the Moto X launched with 4.2.2

CyanVIVO works with the installer.. I use it for droidvpn..

but there is also no rom based on 4.2.2 with htc sense, the lastest is 4.0.4 in IncS, could u tell me why? u smart Martian.

As far as I'm aware of, the only Sense devices with 4.2.2 are the One and the devices closest to flagship (HTC has too many devices to keep up with). As you probably guessed, HTC was and is still launching a huge number of devices with different code names and it becomes way easier to just ditch certain devices then keep updating them. Our device is what?? umm, i think its 2 years old or something, and hTC has a lot of other devices to support so they just ditched our device. I think they were already generous in giving us 4.0.4 anyways. Furthermore, the Incredible S lacks support for ION which is a requirement for Jellybean to run. Of course we still have Jellybean ROMs made for our device but developers are required to do something fancy hacky (I don't know exactly what) in order for it to boot, camera to function etc.
Currently developer Szeszo is in the process of making a working 4.1.2 Sense 5 build for us. It boots but is still very much a WIP and many things still don't function (like WiFi, bluetooth, camera, and a bunch of other stuff).

Flash Tesco v2.9++ That should solve it.
