yup, you can use hdpi themes. no big lockscreen again
and about extended setting, app drawer still not fit for ldpi screen
may be i will resize app drawer on next update

so far i found following bugs:
-got to do good ol' trick to make themes work (create "themes" folder in /data/system)
-some iconpacks make icons look misplaced (like they are higher or lower than they should be)
-glitches in gallery (it might happened because i set gpu rendering for 2d)
-wifi have low signal even if i'm half meter from router
other things:
-restart to apply changes in extended settings (that seems normal to me)
-can't apply statusbar and home theme

i don't need restart when i make some change on extended setting
and if you want to change hotseat background and folder icon on home you must use miuiv4 theme, not work if you use gb theme

Sounds Cool, =) but I´m using now MiniModX on Galaxy Mini xD, cause the other Launchers don't put my pictures in Home Screen like I want..
Ok, I've installed it. Everything's fine, except the power button icons. The reboot, recovery and download icons are smileys..
Wallpaper works fine for me, I've tried andro-id, minimod and parasmi's rom.. all works fine

What xml file did you edit to change the background color of the menu icons? Can't seem to find the right file

Solved. It's 9png file
1.battery percentage showing. animated while charging.
2.custom bootanimation. looks real cool.
3.bounce transition.
4.deeper blue edge glow.
5.no divider in lists.
6.no divider in list.
7.scrollbar is deep blue instead of grey.
8.custom drop-down menu.
make a backup. i don't know how to roll back.

please apply this only on the DEODEXED v20n ROM.i have only tested it on deodexed v20N ROM.
for being late, am giving two more themes with the one shown.apply and switch between them to see the one suits you.

i have actually deodexed the actual ROM myself using the kitchen. i actually always do so . i cannot say whether u need full deodexed ROM or not.
On P970_GB_234_V20N_lite the 20N_theme_animated batt_bootanim works... the others don't know but I will try

It should not because the custom soft keys are just a few .pngs

If that is not possible is there a way to hide it since we now have the "search" on the softkey bar?And yes, wanting to remove that annoying recent bar that pops up on the left hand side of the screen or toggle to hide it. As for the recent... u want the button just removed in its entirety? If so that's easy..
If u r wanting something else u may need to add more detail...
For instance how would u switch between task? Or if u don't use it I can remove it completely

In this picture on the far left - where it says Calculator, Calendar .... (this is the pop up that shows when you hit the "recent" button on your softkey bar.) This popup is what I wanted to be removed or have an option to toggled off, so that it does not show. Is that possible? Let me know what you find out about the Google Search grid - that would be epic!
I put together a few animations to test out in the AOKP/CM9 Theme Chooser. They seem to be working fine and fun to goof off with...
Depending on the popularity I may be adding more or different styles of animations, just kinda want to test if it's usefull to anyone being applied through the theme chooser.

All work great through theme Chooser in aokp. Only downside is that you can't use the animations with any other theme. I will proly need to learn how to put it all together so I can mix and match the parts I want from each theme...hahaha!

I've tried the lightning animation so far. I like it a lot on top of epic blue on AOKP. Thanks man.

OK sorry but it did. I have tried to install several times with the same result. Phone shuts down and gets stuck in boot screen. Maybe just my phone. But Im literally watching it do it right now...lol

I hear ya. I just figured most themes on this side would be in form of flashable zips, hence the theme chooser apk choice. Thanks!

I tried all three of these on build 36, and it says they've been applied, however I notice no difference in my dialer? It is a dialer theme right? I must be missing something!!

I just noticed your signature. If your trying this in Tablet Mode if will surely bootloop you..
If you do try and a bootloop or problem occurs and you have access to a pc that has adb and all that setup.
From a prompt:
adb shell
cd /data/app
ls
Verify the name of the apk (should be: com.template.theme.YOURCHOICE_Dialer-1.apk)
YOURCHOICE is the one you downloaded and applied!
rm com.template.theme.YOURCHOICE_Dialer-1.apk
exit
adb reboot

It's a dialer animation. Just bash some numbers...

I updated the OP as well with these. They are all new images and have artwork for mdpi,hdpi & xhdpi. Much cleaner...
yeah i know about hybrid ui. found out the hard way..lol. I spend more time on 37. Have working knowledge of adb and all set up on my linux platform. downloading now ...gonna test and will post when i get off. thanks for the work!

What are the chances of getting this to work with other themes like cobalt, mixer, etc? Love the themes but it would be awesome if I could theme everything and not just the dialer. good job though awesome animations! I just use the rest of my phone way more than I use the dialer

If these other themes you mentioned are Theme Chooser apk's, the original author would have to include it. Otherwise the Contacts.apk would need to be modified directly.

what would be the best way to mod the contacts.apk? Should I extract it then just add the theme files, rezip then rename to .apk put it back in system/framework/apps? Or should I extract whole ROM change some stuff then rezip and flash? Sorry for the noob questions but I've only just started with theme modding where I have to do it myself lol.

Install Instructionsplease readcarefully
If your currenty using a custom rom before installing this rom I suggest that you flash the stock rom using "Odin" or restore your nandroid backup..oh use xxlf5 fimware for this..
Do a full wipe.. wipe data.. wipe cache.. wipe dalvik cache.. you know these..
now you should use CWM to flash it .. i suggest you use vm00's heres the link to his thread.. i hope you know how to install zip using CWM.. hehe
Wait for it to finish installation.. then reboot.."first boot may take up to 10mins so just wait "
And thats it! Enjoy your experience with CD-ROM!

known bugs..
on the power menu.. reboot to download mode dosnt work.. it will only reboot.. and reboot option there also dosnt work for now it will only shut the phone off but not fully shut down..
thats it.. only that is known bug..
So just use the download option there to reboot whats important is hot reboot works..hehe
One last thing incase your status bar gets stuck.. just open settings then choose rom mods tab.. then choose dev tools.. then click on media scanner.. thats it

Note:You can just open the updates zip then copy the files in there to the rom's zip package just be sure you paste them on the right place... for example you will copy phone.apk from my update zip.. then paste it on the folder where you got it on phone.apk's case its /system/app/... i hope you get the point.. im telling you this so that you will just install 1 zip.hehe.but its up to you..

Hi. Dont work for me.
Block in boot. Black screen for 30 minutes.
Try 2 install. Always same and yes for future question i have wipe all that can done. Battery wipe too
Any ideas?
