If you do not still get flashed a kernel safe preferably Philz for ICS.
After flashing the kernel reboot into recovery.
Make the 3 wipe:
WIIPE davilk
WIPE data
WIPE cache.
Flashing rom
(made in italy)
WAIT AND NOT TOUCH ANYTHING. IF THERE SEEMS LOCKED LOCKED NOT LEAVE END THE PROCESS WILL LAST A FEW MINUTES.
DO NOT BE AFRAID.

So I understand you recommend flashing it coming from 4.0.4 - I currently run 'stock' ICS 4.0.4 Touchwiz (but cleaned up somehow and with custom kernel) so can I just wipe everything and then install the zips from you?
How can I flash the custom kernel? Is it already integrated or do I have root access standard?
You say a v1.2 is on its way with integrated Play Store - is it going to be there tonight (it's 20:03 here in the Netherlands) or should I wait until tomorrow?

You rock dude. Could you please give me some explanation about flashing it?
I'm on original 4.0.4 pre-rooted and with CWM. Wipe all, Flash ROM, then superSU in original recovery I assume, then extract apps?
Does your rom include custom kernel preventing brick bug?

I recomanded flashing this rom from ICS 4.0.4 because i tested on it.. Other user testing from other roms and i will post results.
You must use kernel safe on ICS.

hello, I'd like to start by saying thank you for this epic theme, its amazing . unfortunately, its seems that i am having some issues with the battery level indicator, 'it's stuck on 60%'. i now use a widget to check battery level and the widget works fine as it should. pls fix this issue...

Just go to Personalize > Skin > Select Matte

1 - yes
2 - the steps are the same of others ... reboot in recovery (make a nandroid if want), install zip from SD, then choose the zip file path.

yes, become the default ... i don't know howto revert ... i have a nandroid of the rom with default config

Sabsa prime V.14
I am using Sabsa prime v14 .i have a question in this rom only one skin is there.How can i add more HTC skin.Please help me.

Sands prime has currently bug in Skin chooser. Moreover I'am not sure this flashable theme will work, as it was intended for Sense Lite, Sabsa has now a new base.

@MiniJB, Its a nice work, thank you. 2 problems there,
some applications do not want install and SIP calling does not work (dials, connect but i dont hear anything during the call).
I hope you can fix it

man , really good rom (Y) but i have an best idea, can you try to do , take the aosp 4.0.4(by MA-90), implement touchwiz from samsung and add all apps from android 4.0 of samsung, really its wonderful is possible you try ?

It's not really possible to port the the entire Touchwiz interface...
