Differences between owain's ICS and SuperNova ICS? Which one is better?

Hey,
right now my phone is on CM7, but much progress has been made with CM9 or ICS.
My question is wheater is should flash this version:

what are the differences between this 2 version? which one is more stable? which one is faster?

Supernova is the kernel that comes with novahd.
And the difference between owains and novahd is that novahd is more customizable. During the installation you can choose exactly how you want it. From text fonts to what apps you want to install. But both Roms is based on owains, so there is not a big difference.

you think that the nova hd is based on owains build, be yourself are both fine, but I would put that of owains

Nova is very good in speed, smoothness and still very stable.

I personally use Owains because I tried NovaHD and directly saw that it didn´t like me, everything was forced closed and not much was working, but however, I did like the customised stock-apps in /system/app/ and I still use a few of them. I´m currently running on Owains RC0-37 and I think that it all flows on very good!
I would choose Owain because I like to have bleeding edge features (It updates often) but I think that NovaHD would be a great choise to! So, my suggestion: try them both for a couple of days!

For FC problem I would say you need a full wipe as android version updated

If you install with fullwipe, try nonwipe, or wipe in CWM and install with nonewipe.
I`ve also read someone have to install with wipe, and reinstall with nonewipe.

Nova is just a better polished version of owain rom, I used Nova before, but now reloadedICS does not work on the latest version, that's bad

I think it's personal choice. For a All-in-One Package I would prefer Nova HD.
But again, again there isn't too much difference.

hey guys which is emanon's best version till now ..free of bugs n stable one?? is it 4 or 5 ,,, or any other?? rply asap .. n when is emanon 6 going to release?

4...I tried the 5th but is full of bugs! If you wanna try now I'm using creed's rom...it's like emanon, with latest firmware and a nice UI

emanon v4 is the best!! I tried a lot of roms. But emanon no lag, think no bugs(I THINK). aND THE BEST FOR Multitasking

no! in cm7 there is no bugs... everything works like fm radio gps gprs tethering...

For me emanon v3 was stable.... Now a days using godell More 1.3 ROM awesome one without any bug!

I really will try v7, but I'm waiting some time to stabilize the ROM... Meanwhile I'm very happy with the GingerMod v3 - new update (with holo launcher).

I have installed V6 yesterday and all seemed fine until I have tried to add a ringtone different than stock to a contact. As soon as I tapped on the sound choice I got a message that "the process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly... So it is not possible to use custom ringtones without a third party apps like ringdoid and such...

I know parasmi is a good developer and his work is awesome. ..many people like his work and using it,everytime his update i also give a try. Since v4 v5 v6 but i think this rom not fit with me..... i feel bad in this rom....Anyway respect him nice work Make Galaxy mini Fantastic keel it up

v6 more stability. force closed very little. a bit improve on smotheness, most stabilize custom rom so far. expect to get higher benchmark 1500+ like oj_v2, nightly cyanogen on next v update.

i have the same bug just like in emanon v5. flickering screen when you try to crop a picture. but i solved this bug, by downloading quickpic as my alternative image viewer to avoid this bug. and the font is changing to its original size when i set to very small.

2) What are the bugs?

Asking for the bugs of a rom before using it is like asking for a torn dress to wear and not bothering because the hole is not anyplace significant.

1. the rom will be as stable as the word stable is thats why this build is called stable
2. idk ....ask the guys using the rom in the dev section or go see the bug tracker on the cm site
3. it will b ..but who cares? cm is cm after all !!

1. Even though the release is tagged stable. In reality. It isn't stable.
2. BLN doesn't work out-of-the-box(works by adding a few files from unofficial release), GPS fix has issues, notification volume has problems, not as fluid as unofficial builds, and no OC support as far as i know(not sure about this), and a few more.
3. My recommendation is to use vo-1's latest unofficial RC3 build posted in the development section.

I need to download it and my internet speed is dead slow and cm mirror network has slow mirrors too. So I need to know if the rom is worth flashing!

No problem with cm7 stable, for me and many others all works good (torch, GPS..)

So I got firekernel oc and now the touch is perfect!

Well if you're looking for a stable,fast cm7.2 this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1360889 will take you to it and don't ask if the official cm7.2 is good or bad or does it have bugs or not. Why is it so hard to see that it's a nightly build ofc it has problems. I tried it, its lovely and thanks to the devs but at the end of the day its not completed yet.
Long story short mate cm7.2 Cooper by vo-1 is the best cm7 for ace so far its a finished job and everything is working. I gave you the link to it above so check it out. I have switched between hundreds of roms but as a friendly suggestion that
Is the best so far to me. (I'm not saying its perfect though)

u should test any rom and u see whose is better by me GingerDx is best... we can run gta 3 on this rom...

I say iXperia 8s v1.9.0 , I'm one of it's serious fans
But I think every roms are much like same & all u have to do is know how to superchrge it :/ (ixperia is using lag nullifier)
