Can someone please resize the S3 accuweather clock widget to fit the SGS3 launcher for note? Cuz right now there's a lot of space on either side of the clock

Dear All,
is there any way to make when you push the Note Digital Clock Widget to open the clock and alarm app?
If not, is there any other widget can do that but with the same size of the note widget (I need big font for both time and date)

i found and using it now : BeWeather & Widgets Pro v1.1.3, it has all what I want
anyone got a fully working transparent accuweather for kk? all the one i have tried so far just break my accuweather widget :/
