Flash a custom kernel that has ClockworkMod Recovery built in.

You need a kernel with cwm baked in. Try using Corn Kernel 7.0A. That will give you the CWM. You can use the utility in my signature to install the kernel.

Glad to help. Just watch out for that Encryption Unsuccessful bug. It's why I haven't upgraded to ICS.

but now i want to go back to darky JVP custom rom i kindda liked it more
so my quesiton is do i need to do anything befor flashing via odin ?
do i have to disable lag fixs ? or anything like that ?
or just connect my phone to odin and flash the rom ?

I'd say go back to 10.1 RE then go JVP from there. Having your lag-fix off is probably a good idea but apparently isn't needed if you're using Odin.
T there is no lagfix as such, cm7 uses yaffs file system as standard,

I bought a T-Mobile tab SGH-T849 from eBay . The guy I bought it from already had it rooted and had it flash with European 2.3.3 rom on it .. so I flash overcome Katie rom on it . It works great !!! But my 4 buttons don't light up !! I try everything on this site to get them to work . I tried the cwm fix in recovery , I even try it manually and on kinds of apps. Still nothing !! I know some people don't want the light on . But I do .. can they be broken?? Or is there something I'm missing ??? Help me out please

Or reflash your rom from a safe restock.
Tried blinkertab don't work ! Tried restocking back to a stock 2.3.3 rom (nothing). Somebody told me to try a stock 2.2 rom ,but I can find a safe one . And the guy I bought it from didn't do a backup .. so if anybody else has any ideas or can point me to a safe stock T-Mobile stock 2.2 rom. I be greatful . I has a American T-Mobile tab 7" ..

could you give me a tutorial on how to remove the ROM and install it again
may be you can try install 2.3.4 XXKPI, which have full package ROM via Odin.
Don't forget to wipe data & cache before & after flashing.
If it doesn't work, you may need to go to Samsung Boy.

Does the camera work on stock rom?? If so then flash xxkpk via odin as base and check if it works! the install cwm recovery via odin then try cm7.2rc1 from mebitek!!
Do everything clean and step by step and it should work! If not then your camera is brocken ;-(

i think that you need to buy new phone.
first install gingerbread again via odin..and check the camera is working..then install again cyanogen..
i suggest you to install gingerbread S5570DDKQ7..if camera not working then go to nearest serive centre...

Corn kernel automatically installs CWM.
Using corn kernel from the day I bought my Cappy. Its great, works flawlessly and easy to flash. User friendly.

Hello everyone! Yesterday I tried to to upgrade my galaxy mini froyo to gingerbread with odin. After getting the message of pass , I tried to restart but it stuck at samsung logo .
phone can still get into download mode..
please help me.. i think because i am flashing wrong ROM? if so please provide me the proper rom for GALAXY POP S5570.

That's bootloop, and not a brick. Just go to recovery mode and wipe data / factory reset.

Cant understand why are you flashing rom through odin simply flash with clockwork mod recovery...
If u havent installed cwm google it or search somewhere on xda for guide to install cwm

wait, what? upgrading stock froyo to stock gb through cwm? you couldnt do it buddy.
