If you use a mouse with your tab the default mouse cursor is a small black icon, it is difficult to see. This makes it bigger, and there are several ones to choose from.

Bigger Mouse cursor for Android, no root required
I developed an app that offer custom / bigger mouse cursor on Android, without needing root. It's freeware, search for BigMouse on Google play, and let me know how it works.

Do you need to be rooted to install and use these? When downloading the links, they are saving to my phone as bin files, and dont install.

Only download the .apk files, they can be installed even if you aren't rooted. Just install the apk and then go to personalize then skins and select your download

These skins do work with the Thunderbolt.
I take no credit for this, nor responsibility. All skins came from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=801928 I simply packaged them up nice and tidy.
I made a windows .bat file to use adb to install all the ones I was able to find from that thread
unzip this file, connect your phone via USB and double click InstallSkins.bat
enjoy ^^

I don't think they will change just by changing the skin. That requires editing the framework-res.apk as far as I know.
The only problem I am having with these is there seems to be a bug when in the car dock which puts the screen in Landscape mode. If I choose a custom skin from one of the Desire's it works until the car dock puts it in landscape then it either reverts to a stock htc skin or it puts a random custom skin on until you rotate the phone to portrait mode. Can this be fixed by someone? I really like these but they don't work very well in the dock.
Edit: I thought it used a random Custom skin once but it turns out it was a stock hTC so yea none of thses skins work in Landscape with the car dock.

Check out Gadget's skins, they support landscape, I believe the current ones linked do not.
Thanks, I did download one of his. I like all of his but there is one out of these on this post I'm partial to. I asked gadget in an off cuff way if he could fix one. I'm currently going with the Uber Green one. If people don't have a car dock then they wont know there is anything wrong. It only affects those that do use the car dock.

So I love the DAS BAMF skin in the rom, but the ugly steel styled buttons just don't fit at all! Anyway to get rid of them without using a different skin?

You can change to any skin you want but you will still have those buttons.
Skins do not change every image on the phone. Those particular buttons are pulled from your framework files. They could be changed but then every time you flash a mod that changes your framework files (which a lot of mods do) you will be right back to those same buttons again.

I have a folder with the framework icons I want and before I flash a zip I open it with winrar and drag and drop the icons in the appropriate folder (make sure the icons are named exactly as the ones you want to replace) and viola, the images you want stay the same with all the mods you flash.

[APP][MOD]ICS launcher|3 screens|auto-rotate|Stock + CM9 Trebuchet versions

So this is essentially a combo between the stock ICS launcher + auto-rotate posted by bajansurfer and the 3 screen stock ICS launcher posted by matt_stang. what i'm posting is a 3 screen launcher which auto-rotates for landscape mode. I'm running oICSv26 and it works flawlessly (the app is actually sourced from koush's build). obviously i didn't create these mods, but only really combined them.
you should know what to do with this, not compatible with Gingerbread ROMs. rename to Launcher2.apk and push to system/app and set permissions or copy to system/app and set permissions to rw-r--r-- or:
Code:
x x -
x - -
x - -
in the root explorer permission grid.
download
updated with middle screen as default.
CM9 Trebuchet Launcher2 with 3 screens (includes preferences with enable/disable auto-rotate. version 0.1, Dock and Icons in preferences no workie)
Nice. Does having 3 screens use less Random Access Memory?
Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk
no idea, guess in theory it would but I don't know if it does in the real world. I just only need 3 screens.

Also, is there a way to make the white backpanels' borders of the clock sharper, so it will look more "native HD" if you know what I mean?

Thanks for porting this over to us non-sense users. It's looking stellar on my Xoom and figured I would try the white.apk on my gnex. The flip clock section is working just fine. It's the date/weather bar area i'm having issues with. The high/low temps overlap and the weather icon/background bar are smaller than they should be. What xml's and values would need editing to fix this?

Unfortunately, stock can only resize certain stock Widgets. If you still want to see how it looks just grab Apex Launcher off the market as the re-size option is on by default. Then just add the widget to the home screen, long press the widget until some options pop up, select re-size and resize until all the sides are visible.
Sent from my Xoom using Tapatalk
This was mainly for the Xoom as pics allows us to resize Widgets to you galaxy users I think u will have to try to make a slightly smaller version. Give ma a couple of hours I should have something to try out.. for all Xoom users resizable Widgets must be activated on your device
