And like you probably have heard a MILLION times, but hear you go " Me or anyone posting Stuff here for your phone are not responsible for what happens to your phone if for some reason anything goes wrong. If you Wipe Cache and Dalvic Cache before installing a theme then you shouldn't have any issues. If you decided not to do any of that then you are on your own to fix. I own and use my Bionic on a Daily bases and have tested this already and it works great.

Thanks workshed for all your work on the GingerBread ROM. It is one of the best. Wondering if I can get some help tracking down the green guitar and blue themes or wallpapers that were used in GSB v2.2. I am now on GSB v2.8 and looking forward to going to GSB v3.0 and need some direction on how to obtain and reinstall these themes/wallpapers. Apologies for asking such a simple, non-technical questions but have been unsuccessful in finding through searches. Again thank you, thank you, thank you for breathing life into the Eris.
Using root explorer I was able to find some apk files (/system/app) that may contain the themes/wallpapers, Androidian and Cyanbread. Can these be copied and installed in subsequent GSB releases without causing any problems or is it a lost cause? Judging on the lack of replies I am guessing lost cause but would appreciate any help or direction.

Those apks are the stock themes that come with the CM7 Roms. I'm not sure how shed setup the releases for those roms but my first thoughts would be that he built those into the framework of the rom. If this is the case then the wallpaper would be in the res/drawable folder inside the framework-res.apk and then the icons would be inside the res/drawable-mdpi folders in framework-res.apk and some in the System-UI.apk.

There are a few tiny bugs that i know of but everything works. The biggest is vibration on/off in the pull down menu works but the button doesnt switch on off. (EDIT SQUASHED) The rest really arent bugs just small visual things that bug me.

I just wanted to say thank you! I love the theme... I have been on EE03 since it came out (thank you to ACS and the whole team over there) and I was coming from the Cynox theme on EC05 (which I loved)(thank you IMPuLSe EX) and this is right in that same vein. I also wanted to attach some screenshots and also mention that when I flashed the TW Lockscreen (here)(thank you p3dr0maz) I got a pretty cool result! (Screenshot also attached)
EDIT: I attached screenshots after flashing 2.1, the new SMS/MMS icon and Phone icon are great, and the Dialer is really sharp!!!
EDIT: I attached screenshots after flashing 2.2, the few things that were updated are fantastic. In the notification drawer the sound/vibrate toggle is fixed (AWESOME), there is a very cool new blue glow on the bottom drawer bar (also AWESOME) and the keyboard looks outstanding!!!
Lame question of the day cause I've never really had to ask.... How do you "undo" a theme once you flash it? Or can you?
I do have one question/request...
Any chance we could get a black & blue Messaging icon and Phone icon?

Backup before hand. You can just flash another theme/rom but that can be hit or miss as it could have things it doesn't replace. Backup is best bet.

Make a Nandoid backup to restore if you don't like the theme you flash. Otherwise flash the ROM again to reset it.

hmmm...i seem to have flashed this theme but i dont seem to get that background that is seen in the screenshots above. everything else seems to be working. Any thoughts on what i might have done wrong?

The wallpaper in my screenshots is from an app called zedge. its on the market. download and search. I think the name of the wallpaper is android blue flame.

we list releases for what they are intended for in the thread title...so where it says (Miuiwiz) that means it for miuiwiz, not cm7...if it says (cm7) in the title then it would be for that
the majority of cm7 themes are for the theme chooser anyway...check android themes or the market

yeah, i thought this was something simple enough to do (although it wasnt as easy as i thought ) just to give some options for the miuiwiz users
Ok I wasn't going to do this for a host of reasons. The top two being that we are close to official Gingerbread (I Hope) and because I didn't do much of the creation on this. It is called Epic_Mutt because I have taken things from about 20 different places and put them together along with some of my own items. I have been using it for months but never thought anyone would be interested. Then I thought what the hell. Why not throw it out there. So if you like it please thank the real innovators who made most of this. If you don't care for it you won't hurt my feelings at all.

Just tried it on srf 1.1.1 and a slew of fcs.. I think it needs the no ciq mod to work..

Yeah it is using Maddoggins lock screen which requires a rom that doesn't have CIQ removed. This is from his post "ALSO THIS MOD IS STOCK INCLUDING MY THEME SO IF YOU FLASH THIS OVER SRF OR ANY ROM WITH NO CIQ YOU WILL GET FC."
