I was wondering if anyone knew of a ROM that could take me way back to when sense came with the Evo 4G. I really just want that old lock screen when you slid it down instead of the ring you slide up.
Does anybody know of an app or a ROM that would be able to get me that lock screen? Thanks in advance.

i think widget locker might have that lockscreen theme

I'll check it out. Thank you.

I downloaded it and it looks fairly close to the original. Works smooth and all. I would just rather it not be an app and be like in a Rom or such.
But thank you. Defiantly using this now.

This is just a placeholder.
Would be nice if we could compile some list of Sense 3.0 themes we can download! I know there are plenty scattered around XDA that I've found. Maybe later I'll sit down and actually try and make a list here. Also, does anybody know if it's possible to make custom lockscreen widgets/backgrounds (like the weather one that animates the current weather on the lockscreen)?
Just search for sense 3.0 skins in the market and you will find tons of themes. I'm always up for more though.
I want to see ICS themes.

I'm running rum raider rom with sense 3.5. Maybe this is why I don't see any change?

Yup, that is the reason. Go over to the Sensation forum, I have a thread with some of these ported to Sense 3.5.

I've been running the ICS update for about two weeks and noticed the phone gets extremely hot quickly sometimes. Anyone else have this?
Sent from my HTC PH39100 using XDA
No, can't say this has happened to me. What program do you use when it happens?
Sent from my HTC PH39100 using XDA
I noticed this as well. It still got plenty hot on GB, but seems to be worse on ICS. I'm running the stock ICS update. My commute is about 45 minutes and running gps and Bluetooth audio makes it almost too hot to touch. I think I have periods of weak signal.. and I'm sure that may be part of it

Anything that uses the cellular radio gets the phone really hot.

Yes its hot for me too on ICS

Are you guys rooted, custom rom, etc? I didn't have the issues even on just plain ics but I have had great success with wild child's rom.

There is a link to his work. You have to register to see the vivid section. I don't believe you would be disappointed if you tried it out.
Not rooted yet, I'm too paranoid.

I can relate, but honestly as long as you follow the steps it is simple. They even have out step by step videos on flashing a custom ROM. If you want any help let me know. I will guide you through it.

Any one know of a mod to get 3.6 ics to go landscape? I know I could use another launcher but I actually like sense.

Landscape and sense 3.6 will not work well ....

Does anybody know how to add or change the icons to the lock screen wajee desensed 1.3?

Sorry I haven't replied prior when you asked in the threads. As far as I've seen its not possible to do unless I missed something. A third party lock screen app could solve your request tho.

Hey bud thanks for the reply.
I took a chance and flashed the quad lock zip for virtuous and it worked only problem is that because it uses the blue theme and current wajee is black and white (which I think rules) it messes to much of the theme up.
Its all good, I guess the extra second it takes to open SMS app was not that important after all
Sent from my De-Sensed HTC Vivid using XDA Premium HD app
I like the black and white theme also but I think he's going back defaulting to the stock blue and black on the next release.. I'll bug him to include a flash able b/w theme tho
