Dim touch buttons?

Is it possible to dim the touch-buttons under the screen? An app perhaps, can I do it if i root?

[Q] full screen wallpaper

I got CM9 ROM
And i think its a problem in android 4 not in cm9
I try to put a photo full screen and i just can use the scrolling screen option

You mean, to allow/block apps from using mobile/wi-fi data?

Select audio application in notification drawer

(When you connect your headphones) Is there any way to remove it? It takes a good chunk of screen and isn't useful at all
