[Q] How to get Music controller on AOSP lock screen?

Is there a way to get the music controller on AOSP lock screen?
I've installed DOC v6 JPX ROM over JP8 Orange ROM. After that, I've installed the AOSP found in the first post of DOC'sROM.
I have the stock music player and I don't have the controllers on the lock screen when playing music.
Can someone assist?

as far as i know there is no solution for this if you are using the stock samsung music player.
you can use other music players such as winamp and there was another one i can't remember and they will have play controls on your aosp lockscreen.

[Q] 2.3.3. Stock Music Player APK?

I love the old 2.3.3. i9000m (Bell Vibrant Gingerbread) music player. It was perfectly crafted in every way. Every other music player is terrible, is there any way I can get the old music player back? I've searched apks but they're not the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm currently using Teamhacksung's ICS which has an okay player.

Wondered if you could help in suggesting a good music player besides the standard MIUI one, (I'm on an MIUI rom), that plays almost everything especially music which has been ripped of YouTube into a MP3 format via an unnamed YouTube rip app. MIUI music player thinks they are all videos but on other roms with galaxy s standard music player recognizes them as music so makes it much easier to play them all.

Try doubletwist or poweramp, google play music should work too.

I like player pro.. mostly because of its feature of selecting the music folders.. only files in the folders you have selected will be shown in the music library

[Q] Walkman Player on X8 Stock 2.1 ?

hello, My friend asked me for help, he wants to Mod his Stock Music Player on his X8 for a nice one like mine (Sk17 With ICS Walkman player.- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1709794 ), he has his phone all in Stock (kernel, ROM, no mods etc), He has the last official update from Sony (Android 2.1) And he doesn't want to change it, he only wants to have the walkman player, I have been searching for a mod like that, but I have no results, so i ask to you if is there any way to get a Walkman player with a Ecualizer and that nice stuff that makes the music sounds so good on speaker and headset ;D

im on stock rom before when im using custom rom
the sounds of my music player is much better

If he's rooted he can easily just install the APK of the Walkman mod and delete the Stock Music Player.
If he ain't he can use it along though.

[Q] Scrobbling with stock Sony Music Player

Hello XDA,
I've tried all scrobbling applications apart from Last.fm official, because it's simply too bloated.
So the question is, who has gotten scrobbling working with Sony Music Player? If so how?
Please do not suggest alternative players - because that obviously works. Thank you!
