[Q] Kernel with minimal battery spending??? - Samsung Galaxy Mini

Hi all!
I'm modding a ROM with a team and we are looking for a kernel with minimal battery spending(not like the Cyanogen's official LoL).
The ROM it's based on cyanogen but i don't know which one are compatible.
Thanks and sorry my bad english :/

Cyanogen Official eats battery on its stock cpu governor (LilGV2), but then you set it on ondemand it saves battery ALOT. So changing the governor is definately the first step to try, LilGV2 is very agressive and performanse-oriented, but it doesn't give a **** abbout battery life

Abyssplug used to work well for me - got good performance and good battery life.
Best thing to do is try each one for a few hours. I used to get SOD's on some.

best kernel for ice boom v 1.1 (based V30B)

hi everybody.
I've a very deep question: what is the best kernel which I can use on V30B for improve battery life?
thx
I'm not sure what you are asking, titel of your thread don't really fits what you write.
If you ask for a kernel for IceBOOM from rrgrrg as he said in his fist post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=35225392&postcount=1 the kernel from Gawbeakz (V30i Kernel). I don't think there is a other kernel as the one it came with, GB kernels will surly not run with it and ICS kernels probably neather.

Grazie Pado (thx Pado), but I've found some battery drain problems. BTW I flashed ZG rom yesterday evening and it is very fast and smooth. I'm really surprised by the work done from Andoiib, hence I will keep that ROM untill new Zeus (if it will be better than this one)
thx

[Q] Best Kernel to extend Battery Life

Hi guys, m currently using StockLite V8 ROM and BE 1.2 Kernel. Can somebody please tell me which Kernel i should use to enhance my battery life?
Actually the battery life i'm getting now is good but after reading a few posts am confused.
As the review of BE 1.6 is mixed. Also have read about PSN Kernel, Nimm's Kernel and Space Kernel.
Can somebody please suggest me which kernel would be apt for me?
I am looking for smooth performance and powerful Battery.

I think you are as good as your are going to get. try fly-on mod or wolfscropt for smooth ness. i have tried space kernel and I dont see a difference....but thats me.

[Q]what are the best custom/official rom for best performance and balanced heat

I have been using the stock rom 4.0.3 since I bought the phone since the v10h rom didnt reduced the battery usage and overheating
What are the best rom available or how could I reduce the huge power drain from the battery and dont lose a lot of performance?
If you are looking for a rom that is stable without a lot of hiccups, then I would recommend CM11 as this is by far the most stable rom that I have tried. In terms of performance and heat, you can try to flash Cyodak or iodak thhen use Trickster MOD to undervolt so as to avoid heat. For details you can search for pimp my kernel tread in this forum.

All in one !?
If you have hesitations; there are few Officials:
-LG JB (needed for bootloader)
-Omnirom 4.4 (outdated must)
-CM11 4.4.4+ (frugal dalvik' engine & up to date!)
-NamelessRom 2.1 (top eol)
There are all compatible with Fritzcola' twrp 2.8.6 and can be all multibooted if you chose Nameless as primary.
A first, install Multirom's twrp on LG JB; proceed a backup for a later re-use on secondary slot!
Smartlauncher & init.d tweaks are always battery friendly.
After that, with a simple Windows' trick, you can add aosp 5.1.1 on 2nd.
Nota : don't zipalign LG JB /system if you want to stay with GApps.
