INSTALATION GUIDE
- Unlock Bootloader
- Download and place eLeCtRo-lewaOS on Sdcard
- Download and flash Kernel or just use FXP 115+ Kernel
- Enter Recovery By pressing vol down when LED is on when the splash screen is displayed
- Full wipe/factory reset (in recovery)
- Install zip from SD and choose the Rom then flash Lewa Gapps
- Reboot and enjoy
-If WiFi doesn't work/turn on then install applicable WiFi Modules from that specific Kernel you are using

Is there a pósibility to port semc camera and keyboard to this rom?, don't like miui or CM camera app. they lack of WS resolutions, and Semc is way better.
I'm downloading the rom, I'll install and test. I'll be back to report.

Yet I've been using it for one day ..
This ROM is super fast!
Its working with baseband 64 and kernel is inside the zip file
After using it for one day I can't really tell of troubles cuz I haven't got any yet ..
But idk the icons r sort of low detailed .. like when its from low resolution ROM ..
also bravia isn't working and sound is terrible since cloud doesn't work
its really quiet!
That's all I've now ..
Also some apps are completely in Chinese so.. such like Calender I believe and themes
I'll keep testing it this week until something happens ..
Also .., the gallery app isn't not not really cool ...
I'll keep testing it to see if tethering works or no, I'll also try it with my Bluetooth headset later

Bluetooth headset works Flawlessly !
but whenever I power on my mobile , It freezes ..
and I must to hold the power button .., after Ive to press the bck button to cancle the power off menu , then it backs to work

WOW, you're right about the Fail, I didn't noticed when istalled that rom.
Tell me something.... If this rom is basen on CM7, is there a posibility that some app from semc could be ported to this rom?, like the Keyboard, and camera???

yes this is CM7 based rom, im trying to figure out, with rest of lewa team, so i can port over CM9 which ic ICS.
I think CM7 based lewa wont attract so much people, and no one is interested.
I can make update to make this chinese stuff go away if you want.
Let me know.
I'm on CM7.2 right now, and I love it, there is only a couple of things that make me miss the stock SE, like the camera, but I think that if this rom gets workin like CM7, then people would be interested, it's like a cm/ with different interface, and that's always a good thing. ICS roms are still lagging from sony, so I don't know when the ROM itself would be more smooth, like last GB, or close.
If this rom gets close to the CM7.2 then I'll use it for sure.

Step of installation:
1. Go to CWM
2. Do a nandroid backup (if applicable)

for others, this is how to replace with the original service.odex:
download from link given by whyzee
copy & paste to system folder
change file permission to rw-r--r-- (because you cannot change permission in sd card folder)
move & paste the file to system/framework folder
reboot your phone

In fact we call Lezo is as good as MIUI or OS Like MIUI with app drawer .....
There are many good option which make it different than MIUI but still some are there looks same too ....
LEWA is than all these, till now ... if Zuk continues to bring many other ROM, may be they can overtake LEWA ...

then you can consider MOKEE OS, but there is no update from its official website since 18/3, i hv that 18/3 version, stable enough... i like its transition effect when change from portrait to landscape mode

The home button doesn't work in this rom. Hope i didn't miss out something.
This rom is just like changing a theme but not same as MIUI.

Hello fellow Xperia Arc users recently we've been on other forums and found a wonderful rom called LeWa Os. It is similar to MIUI in terms of initial looks but I promise you it's not the same We have made a full port to our phones and wanted to share it... It's based on FXP 120 CM7.2 and v880 LeWa so most credits to FXP LeWa & of course TeamXperia. Android 2.3.7 & Awesome eyecandy & fluid performance

I haven't tried them and I don't have disposable data at work so can't download to try yet...
The theme Chooser app is there so give it a go and report back if it doesn't work then it will be removed in the next build
Battery life is same as CM7 for me (not so good) and also performance is pretty awesome thanks to FXP team

As the ROM is based on LewaOS it is a Chinese ROM thats only translated English at the minute but some parts of the framework aren't fully translated (the lockscreen) and they update every Friday so this will get updated then too, or Saturday so hopefully there will be full multilanguage support eventually

hey, i have just installed ur rom and it looks very nice.....
but when i make a call the screen turns black and cant see anything for around 10-15 secs....i have tried pressing the three buttons but nothing happens....
its a nice ROM....i will try it out and give feedback about battery.....

Played PES 2012 and able to play without lag ...
listen music for hour and its prety loud and clear ....
Also called some of buddies No OCV .. cann't comment about ICV but sure it is not thier.
only issue I observed is not able to set APN ... not able to set it manually also ... I thought its known issue as ardX already mentioned the problem of RIL data files...

I`m not a dev but I make a port from Maclaw rom (cm_gio-ota-eng.maclaw.beta1) and its works almost 100%
Use CM7 to port from "samsung gio" rom.
Just change de camera.apk with a ISC camera to work, gallery2.apk to cm7 gallery.apk.
Fisrt time reboot gummybear stop working but just need to put a wallpaper to work or reboot
Windows dont recognize the driver but can charge the battery
I dont know more bugs............. :?

Like I said im not a dev, I`m a really noob and that port was my second attempt. My fisrt wont passed from imageboot
I just read the tutorials and try to port. I only use to change the roms on kitchen to my own.....

Its a gummy rom with apex launcher
i have used gummy rom before it was great in speed now i understand it's because of GB base.it had phone.apk problem and it was the only reason for not using it.if anyone had testet it tell me is this problem still exist or not?
another problem was usb connecting anyone knows how can i fix it?where is the related apk part in system?
It's not the same port so he don't have the same issuue phone should work now.

I try your rom right now to fix usb bug ask to erwin p to help you or take the driver from his rom cm9.
Will say if it's stable or great and report bugs ..
Shame on me, the rom have the same problem with the calls. I tried but not enougth time to have the error. If you leave ringing or try to anwser you have error.
The big issues of this ROM is the phone(I just realize now) and the USB. Windows dont recognize but you can charge.
The camera.apk but I change with a isc camera.apk and now work fine
Gallery2.apk you cant see thumbs so I change with the galery.apk from CM7.
The bootanimation its made by me on after effects (just get a tuto and made a few changes).

Have you tested that?was it fine?if yes can you upload your contact.apk?
you must use contacts.apk alongside phone.apk or phone will not work.
alternative is to remove contacts.apk and replace with another dialer app etc etc.(phone.apk MUST remain)

If on the first install,you are prompted to update any stuff please do it.this is a port off my rom from the HD2 so some apps are a bit outdated and may be buggy
Use the app quarantine app provided in the rom to disable the launcher you aren't using at the moment so that the two lockscreens do not interrupt with each other
The current MIUI theme included is a bit outdated and buggy please use something from here, here or here
Due to pa preferences going closed source, the pa preferences app is not included in this rom.please find it elsewhere and paste it in /system using a root explorer
Please report a bug using logcat/screenshots

Well .. I did the installation and everything went perfectly!
Now there are already more than half an hour (plus) the phone in this update!
"Android is upgrading" ... "Starting Apps"! And no more of this.
Strange.this booted for me quite well.i even flashed 2-3 times just to be sure...

Me too full boot completely and smoothly, which is just as well ...
If there is a touch installer to let you customize and choose icons pack, launcher, notification, , lockscreen, toggle, dialer and messenger etc
from any of the other rom. This would be even better.
Also, please consider to include gesture control from Ubuntu touch and hand motion control from Touchwiz.

Why MIUI? Am I the only one who hates both it and its look? lol.
Might give the ROM a try, but I have a feeling the MIUI look ruins it

Well mine also has bravia engine, but i didnt add the "S" imto the name cause i thought that it isnt really a fantastic feature to consider.

C.A.M.P. series which later turned into C. A.M.P.S was first started by ideosdev and zackconsole for Xperia devices but i found that rom too damn good and brought it to HD2, Motorola defy and galaxy ace and now time for O2X
@natalya you can disable MIUI features by using app quarantine app to disable miui home
