Yup probably the mod they add on framework-res. should this person be In your credits by now?
Looks good will try the rom.
The look is very polished. Softkeys aren't in this rom until you add it from other thread, though. Ads aren't blocked. Battery drains fast - 30% in an hour. I'll give it a few days and see.

The soft keys are already present in the rom . Go to cyanogenmod settings / tablet tweaks and enable the soft keys from there. Press thanks if I helped u.

I'll update the hosts file in the next version for adblock... about the battery drain, well, this is the 20th hr and 24th minute I am on battery and I've got 43% battery left... I played games, played music.
after setting your workspace and syncing with google, reboot your device. It will optimize your database. and also keep on checking what app doesn't let your phone sleep. it's not always the rom's problem if u dont get good battery life...
hmm....really i dont get it when u say the rom has bad battery.it is gooood for me.

sure I can. but that will take much space and wont leave any space for notification icons... I know buddy it can be quite hard but use it for some days and you'll get used to it..like we did now I have stopped pulling the statusbar, a button does that for me

Like I said. I'll give it a few days. I've tried most gb roms on xda for this phone. Perhaps my phone is worse on battery because I rarely get more than 36 hours on any rom on any kernel.

Is it correct to say that this is a mildly tweaked version of stock JL4? I'm running stock now and it's the best froyo build to date. But I wouldn't mind a version with a few improvements. ;-)

I love the "less in more" idea. Everyone has their pet customizations....that's what makes android such a great so called "open" platform.
Anyone needing segmented battery or customizations....you can follow the segmented battery thread and cook it in the kitchen....its super easy.
I will be updating this when I get back from vacation. I found some apps and more colors I want to add. I love xda

Lock mod actually im working on it now it was kinda wack cuz when i made this theme it was like maybe 5 hours later the lock mod was born

Yeah I had issues as well, so I compiled AOSP from source and took the Launcher2.apk from the otapackage and kaboom!
Just tested,its working fine here but may I suggest a couple of things.
A system file manager,most people have stuff on sdcard so on boot up they can be accessed straight away.
The new predictive dialer.tested on older cm7 nightly and stable.
Just replace contacts.apk with new one. Link

Just flashed and rebooted now, I'd recommend resizing the boot screen, looks messed up. Runs fast, very fast. I'll edit this post with any updates.
EDIT: installed the default live wallpapers from CM6 (Nexus, Galaxy, grass). Out of the ones I've tried, they run great. With minimal lag! I'd recommend adding them in, they dont consume much space and run fine (with the exception of the 3D ones).

Edit: Installed just now!First of all, liked the launcher very much!!! I think that the display needs some tweaking.In my opinion it would be better if you make the area in the app drawer bigger because the home button takes too much space. I've found the perfect DPI level, I'll use it in the next release. It stops the home button using up too much screen space like you said.
Flashed v2. Nice too see a file manager and the defualt live wallpapers there. Bootanimation looks better. Can't wait for the next release.

Ok this is my default rom!!!Maybe am wrong but i think that scrolling between screens needs slight tweaking...Happy to see that i have 143 mb free. Can you add apps2sd feature like the cm7 that moves all of the apps in a sd?
P.S: The predictive dialer is cool!!!

Battery is enough for me 1 to 1.5 days on average use

Seems interesting enough for me to try.
Running HyperLight 0.55 atm and superpleased, but the flashnerve is twitching when I see this creation.
Let's give it a chance, if you can match HL 0.55 with Siyahkernel 1.5's batterytime (approx.6 days with 4h sreentime, light use),
I will worship you like a gnikcuf God.

... I'm not perticularly impressed.
Sure, the customizationlevel in this ROM compared to HyperGalaxy 0.55 is far superior,
but that can't in my book compete with batterylife and ****.
Had to change kernel from siyah's 1.5.3 to siyah's 1.5 instead due to high batterydrain and spontanious reboots,
had the same problem with HG 0.55.
Now the drain seems to have slowed down a bit and the reboots seems to be gone.
I'm gonna let a few batterycycles roll and then see if the settings I used with siyah 1.5 in HG 0.55 is somewhat
useful in this ROM too.
Another thing I have a problem with is the silence in this thread, maybe the developer has other engagements, but still ...
I don't suggest OP should be present to hold hand 24/7, but a comment now and then can't hurt or take a huge amount of OP's time.
OP, make a fresh comb-over and start engaging a bit
This ROM can't compete with HyperGalaxy.
HyperGalaxy gives me around 5-6 days, this one 2-3.
Same kernel, configuration and same apps.
Major dealbreaker.

how on earth are you getting 5-6 days battery? i'm assuming you use your phone fairly moderately.
i've gone 2.5 days max and that is with an extended battery ...

first considerations: quite responsive,
1) the first time I had to remove the battery.
2) I can not find where to set different ringtones and alarms
3) I can not find where to lock the screen rotation
4) where you enter pin code sim missing key emergency call ... all for now!
5)points 2 and 3 was found ... black screen and I could not see tab on the notification bar ..I with ham on the eyes and did not see
6)in all it is a great rom, black is also very chic, congratulations!

Its the bootanimation goes blank after few secs,you dont need to remove battery.
Sound settings,its under personalization tab.
again,display setting,under personalization tab.
will take a look at it.

rom takes up very little space, changing MTD is plenty of space for many applications and is still snappy, really good!

It worked fine for me,are you sure it has nothing to do with your provider ?
actually, I turned to my provider yesterday, and found a problem that has arisen for a day, they promised me that will be fixed as soon as possible .... so perfect rom!

Just tried this Rom. Very nice. I'm really impressed.
Becoz it was ported by u, i had to try it as early as possible even though i have a lot of burden of papers
The success of this rom solely depends on Wp8 launcher. Otherwise all the mods, all the theming is very nice.
And i would suggest you noozy player.
If Wp8 launcher gets better, this will be really good or any other launcher which is similar.

okay, installed, partially set up and i can say that rom is quite good. but i would to advise you to change launcher 8 into launcher 7 because willy does't handle good with wp8 one. also you could change stock music player to noozy or zplayer which both have wp style and look like wp's zune app anyway, good job m8 (;
