Can I add SE option in Settings menu in PrimeHD or it needs Semc Framework ?? I mean SE setting like in SDE (Facebook Inside Xperia etc...)

Yes,ROM made for X8 can also compatible for W8 because they are the same device with same hardware spec and form factor
but you also get bugs and glitches in some ROM that installed in W8. but its very rare to see.
Yes Xperia x8/ Walkman w8 are the same phones with different model names. Before installing any custom rom make sure you update your baseband.
I am using TiestoDroid but it has priblem with sound and decoder.

what's your ROM? maybe the problem is in the ROM because some ROMs here have omitted Timescape while the others have it fully working and complete
