Creating this thread just to see what people's tales on their username selection is. Sorry if there is another thread similar because I have not seen it. And if there is, think of this as the updated thread without 5000 posts from members. Haha :laugh:

My story is that the name Deftone is a play on words. If you are deaf you cannot hear. A tone is a sound or color (implying that sound is colorful). If you look deeper, it is the noiseless sound of color.
For a minute, I remembered literature class, analyzing Shakespeare. Sad times.
